For what it's worth, I tracked down the quoted headline to a Yahoo article (just 1 min read!) from August 30, 2020 regarding a presentation the schmuck made at the time for Neuralink.

Like, yes, obviously this is a dunk and the shameful state of America's public transit is no doubt impacted by this kind of insane thinking (just look at Los Angeles and the complete absence of the magical Hyperloop that the schmuck expressly used to kill our 405 project), but ALSO this is the state of journalism these days.

This is a click-bait headline about an insane response the schmuck made on X about his imaginary product four years ago. There is ZERO journalism involved.

But someone clicked it. Someone screen-shot it. And it's probably been floating about getting dunked on for four years.

Why is this a post on tumblr right now (today?)? Why is there no link to the source where it's obvious this is meaningless bullshit? Where did the image come from? Reddit?
