The views from Pilot Butte in Bend were stunning! We went 2x in one week, the first day was incredibly windy for the cats and us but, on our 2nd trip the wind was barely noticable. Just a simple drive with barely any hiking gave us stunning views of Bend. There is also a trail that wraps around the Butte which you can take but we'd rather hike it during the warmer months.
It's snowing in Eugene and Abby can't decide if she wants to be in or out of her backpack. 😺❄😾
