Well, this is one turn of events Adara wanted to avoid. But no, here she is, stuck with this “God”. Maybe not stuck, it nearly felt like it at this point.
“I was doing something, minding my own business.” Adara started, not exactly in the mood to follow his orders. “What would you need a mortal for anyways? Don’t you have other god-like people to chat with or whatever?” Maybe if she ran fast enough, she could avoid being his entertainment.
He crosses his legs back into a seated position, quickly finishing off his banana as he does so. The god then smirks at her words, this woman was a sassy one, how amusing. Just what he needed. Perhaps he could show her some faith by putting a little fear into her. Well only if she acts with sass again.
