The anatomy of a T: 1. Arms out 2. Feet together. 3. Hold for two minutes. What’s your #powerpose?
Usually the victory leads to the pose. We suggest it's the other way around. #thewinner #powerpose
Style your hair like a boss and take two minutes to boost your confidence and make your mark. What's your #PowerPose?
You're a force to be reckoned with. Awaken your inner rebel with this Trilogy Pony. 1. Start with hair prepped with TRESemmé 24 Hour Body Foaming Mousse. Take the top section and pull back into a low pompadour. Pin in place or use a clear elastic. (If you prefer a little height, tease lightly before pulling it back.) 2. Take the top third of your hair and pull back into a ponytail. 3. Secure ponytail with a clear elastic. On your final twist of the elastic, pull hair only partially through the elastic to form a loop. 4. Pull about half of your remaining hair back into a ponytail, incorporating the ends of the pony from the first loop. Secure with a clear elastic and form a loop, as you did in Step 3. 5. Pull remaining hair into a ponytail, incorporating the ends of the pony from the second loop. Secure with a clear elastic and form the last loop. Take the ends from the last loop and wrap them around the base, pinning in place to hide the elastic. 6. Finish with Tres Two Extra Hold Hairspray to keep your style in place.
Take confidence boosting to the next level. Once your hair is lookin’ fab, strike a power pose. How about the “Superhero”?
Transition your braided crown from summer to fall by going with a half-up style like this TRES-created look on Caitlin Covington of Southern Curls & Pearls. Add some waves or curls to your ends for an extra level of romance and don't forget to finish it off with Climate Protection Finishing Spray to keep static away.
This fall, embrace hair's natural texture and celebrate carefree curls. Our Flawless Curls Extra Hold Mousse helps define curls and fight dry-weather frizz. Apply mousse liberally to damp hair. Use a diffuser to add extra volume and definition, or let curls air-dry for a more natural look. To give ringlets extra hold, and to protect hair against unexpected humidity, finish your look with our Curl Locking Styling Spray.
For a busy gal on the run, a casual half-up fishtail is the perfect solution for convenience and style. Whether you keep it sleek or slightly messy, this 'do will keep hair out of your face while adding a bit of chicness to your everyday look. Starting at your crown, create a simple fishtail, adding strands of hair only at the beginning of braid. Finish the braid, secure with clear elastic, and spritz with salon-inspired Keratin Smooth Frizz-Free Hold Hairspray before you run out the door.
Short-haired gals, rejoice! Spotted at New York Fashion Week, this gorgeous half-up look uses waves and braids in a way that any length can love. For an eye-catching, asymmetrical look, start a Dutch braid at one of your temples and secure with an elastic just past your ear. Don't forget to set your style with TRESemmé Perfectly (un)Done Brushable Hairspray to fight frizz while keeping waves soft.
