For the months of May and June, all of my Patreon donations will be going to the Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF)

PCRF is an incredible organization dedicated to providing medical and humanitarian aid to children in need in Palestine who are facing genocide by the Israeli Military and Government. By supporting them, we can offer hope and tangible help to those in desperate need.

I'm really hoping to reach the goal of $1000, but if we can smash that then I say we go for it! I've started us off with a $100 donation so we are already 10% closer!

Working on a large-ish set

So normally I would try and release something new each week, but I decided to start working on a set. I love to create sets based on a pack and label it as an 'Add-on', which I did with Cottage Living, Eco Living and Nifty Knits.

I will reveal that the pack that I'm working on is Pastel Pop, and the working title is 'A Pop of Colour'! I'm excited about this and once I formed the idea I immediately put what I was going to release next week aside for another time (it was another dress..)

I hopefully will have it done soon, but I am tossing up on whether I do a piece-by-piece release or just wait until everything is finished and then release. I've seen other simmers do either of these options and I can't decide. Let me know which option you like best.

Soft Shades - a TS4 palette by Faded Springs

hey friends! it has been a hot minute since I posted anything new, I took what I thought would be a short break back in 2021 and it kind of turned into an unexpectedly long hiatus. I always thought I would come back which is why I never closed my accounts and kept my CC alive I've actually been back for over a month, I've been catching up on gameplay and planning what I wanted to create, but I had this itch to create a new palette and I finally finished it!

A fairly muted palette by design, Soft Shades was created as a versatile palette that can be used for a whole range of custom content. I have big plans for this palette and I would love to share it with all other creators to use on their upcoming projects, which I will share with all my socials!

Seriously, I didn't realise how much I've missed this community until I started looking at all the new CC and content I've missed in the 2 years I've been gone. And I left in a really sucky way, I didn't say much to anyone, and I'm sorry about that, I know that can make people worry!! I'm okay, still disabled (haven't been able to shake off the 'permanent' part of that diagnosis... yet, lol), a fair bit worse over the past 2 years. Lots of falls, a week in hospital last year with a kidney infection, and i'm pretty housebound lately. I'll be moving into specialised housing pretty soon, it's in the works. Other than that I had a small online business on etsy for a while, making printables and graphics, studied astrology, added to my tarot deck collection, played a bunch of other video games, quit smoking after 20+ years and got hopelessly bored, tired and fragile. So, what am I doing back here? Me and my good frendo craftyalpaca were talking about pre-covid good times and this convo just turned into the sims and I couldn't help myself, I just had to download it again and start playing. Will I start making CC again? Maybe, I don't know. I always have an urge to create something... if the planets line themselves up right, it's definitely possible..
