Hi AgeRe tumblr! Time for some grown up talk!
Net neutrality is really important!
It means you can access websites you want freely!
Without access to net neutrality, you could be forced to pay extra, or you might have some websites slowed or even blocked completely! This is not okay!
Think about the consequences this would have for poor people, or LGBT+ people, or mentally ill people for example!
Imagine if you had to pay extra or even lost access to some of the sites that you need to help you! You’d lose support networks, resources, communities, all because some meanies up top want more money! How is that fair??
Today was an important vote to decide if net neutrality should stay, and we lost. The vote was in favour of getting rid of net neutrality. But it’s not the end!
There’s still lots you can do!
If you live in america:
Contact your representatives! Get them on your side! Get everyone you know to contact them too! Make sure they get lots of calls about how important net neutrality is!!
If you live elsewhere:
Spread information! Help americans learn about net neutrality, what is happening, and what they can do to save it! If you see an informative net neutrality post, spread it! It helps!

What happened to Pastelkids?
People seem confused about what happened to the community, and I don’t blame them!
I blame whichever mod took down the discord and tumblr before anyone had chance to read the announcement 👀
But anyway here’s what happened to the community!
Pastelkids had been growing more and more inactive for a while. The mods all had irl issues cropping up that made them unable to interact with members, and the discord had been growing quieter and quieter, with more people leaving.
This combined with the fact that we wanted to go unaffiliated anyway made us come to the decision that it was time to close up shop and move onto greener pastures!
And so, Pastelkids disbanded! But it’s not the end!
Some of the Pastelkids mods teamed up with some new faces to create a brand new unaffiliated community just for you! It is: WISHKIDS! It follows the exact same DNI that Pastelkids did!
Also run by a former pastelkids mod is the AgeRe School! This is a discord server where people from lots of different communities, and unaffiliated or communityless regressors, can all gather in one space! Lots of former pastelkids have congregated there, so message me for a link if you wanna come play too!
So all you old pastelkids members, we miss you and we’d absolutely love to see you again! Come join us!

the society is a network of communities that allows interaction with cglre. they’re not bad, but we just don’t want interaction with them :)

I’m just about to start applications now, as I have been a busy bunny this week so i’m a tad behind.
The last time applications were completed was Saturday 11th November, so if you applied before then, please resubmit as Typeform likes to eat people’s submissions sometimes.
Apps are usually checked every Saturday night UK time, i’ve just been up to my ears in other stuff this week, sorry nonnie!

we don’t allow interaction from those groups no! Our DNI hasn’t changed!
We’re going unaffiliated!
What does that mean? We will no longer be associated with the Agere League! Instead, we will be an unaffiliated community, not part of any network!
So you fell out with the league? Not at all! We parted on good terms and I hope to keep good communication with the league staff and communities!
What if i’m in a league community, can I still be a Teeniewitches member? As long as that community allows it and you follow our DNI! We have no problem with league members also being Teeniewitches members, in fact we welcome you!
Is the DNI going to change? Nope! Same DNI as always!
