You can find me with that name on Twitter and Instagram too(honestly just about any big platform I have that username). I had a pretty slow year last year from health stuff and work but I'm trying to get back into posting more frequently.
Feel free to send any asks there as well, even character ones. I don't mind answering stuff!
How are you guys?
Probably not the answer you're expecting but I feel like there's probably some form of closure I should give this blog. I definitely went very ambitious with the development I wanted to do with these characters, at the time obviously I had the energy and desire to make the stories so I'm not faulting myself for doing it. It was fun at the time and that's what these blogs are about!
So here's some fun story bits that were in the works before I moved on to other creative things. If you DO end up reading this, be prepared it's pretty lengthy. There's some old thumbnails of updates that I never got to finish, along with a few designs of story elements.
As well as a few trigger warnings, there's some talk about death, loss, substance abuse(in a magical sense), a lot of fire, emotional trauma. I think that covers it, so if you're fine with that continue on!
Okay, this is an important question: opinion on the Shroobs?
Sol: Wouldn’t recommend. The worst trips.
Simon, is that heart a birthmark or egirl makeup?
Simon: “Actually, it’s a tattoo I got Sol to put on the left side of my face! IT HURT A LOT but it was totally w-”
Sol: “It’s on the right side of your face. Idiot.”
Simon: “No it’s not, it should be…”
Simon: “…None of this is real.”

Sol may not be able to fight but I mean at least he's got tiny hands to help reach into small places? That's useful right?
Sol: “Yeah I’m aware of the reason I’m still around.”
I have a question for all of you, who are you and where do you come from?
Simon: “Well we’re Simon, Sol, and Scotty Savage! Like it’s said in our first post! Where we come from… well you see, when two people want to procreate…”
Simon: “You should know what happens next if you’re old enough to be on this website.”
so what do you guys specialize in, career-wise? any special talents of yours, that may or may not include your career?--even something silly, like if you can stand on your hands or something.
Simon: “We’re all lieutenants for the boss man! Haha, our species make really good fighters, so we’re perfect out on the field! In nature we’re all strong, energetic, and sturdy! As for hobbies, well, I like fighting, it’s what I’m really good at! I haven’t really thought about picking up something else to do. I can stand on my hands though!”
Simon: “Scotty’s got her gardening though! She loves it a lot! And her garden loves her back! They even help her out when she gets sent on missions! She’s got other talents too, like listening! She’s a really good listener! Scotty sits through all of my conversations, and doesn’t even need to respond! Haha, Sol says I’m just not giving her a chance to respond, but I totally am. If she wanted me to stop talking to say something, she would just say so!”
Simon: “Oh, but remember when I said our species are strong and durable in nature? I lied, not all of us are. Sol’s not really a fighter. He’s kinda spindly and long, like a stretched out less cute version of me. Still a lieutenant though! He doesn’t really like being out on the field, probably because he’s squishy and weak.”
Simon: “But that’s okay because Scotty and I keep close to help him out! Sol’s good at other things though! Like he’s really smart, and likes to do science stuff! He wanted to work in the research department, but they didn’t have any positions available, so they stuck him with us. He’s good at strategy stuff though, keeping Scotty and I, mostly me though, from just running out without any sort of plan! And he’s got some other tricks up his sleeves! Literally! Hehe! I guess you could say his hobby is all the nerd stuff he does, like breaking down power ups and combining them and stuff! I don’t know what it means but it helps us in a pickle!”
Scotty! How is your garden doing?
Scotty: [Good! Mr. King Koopa has been letting me fix up the royal gardens and the piranha plants have never looked better.]
Sol: “We don’t have time for this.” Simon: “Sure we do, we’ll just reply on our breaks!” Sol: “What breaks?” Simon: “… We’ll reply while on our breaks. WINK WINK.” Sol: “You’re suppose to wink, not say it out loud.”
Sorley: “Dress like the man you wan to be.”
Wait... Sorley and Sipher? What happened to Splorch and Spiorch??
Sipher: “Well we are splorches… That’s our species? I don’t know who or what Spiorch is though. So I dunno what happened to them, I never met them. Maybe Bob knows… I’ll ask him later.”
Oh this should be interesting. Hey Sipher and Sorley, what colour are you guys' cores?
Sipher: “I mean they’re all dark on the outside, but mine’s pink on the inside! Sorley’s is red! But it glows a lighter red so it’s basically pink, right? We’re matchin’ because they were made at the same time! You could say we’re twins! I mean technically Sorley’s was put in first, but I was right after! A few hours later because of some technical issues… but still twins! Our cores are a little beat up, but they’re still tickin’ thanks t’ paps!”
everything seems perfectly fine so i'll ask this: how do you style your hair? just wondering cause you know, lava and stuff. is it like a flesh mortal's hair styling or what
Sipher: “That’s easy! We don’t have hair! We’re bald and we got fire on top! But we can totally make that fire into whatever form we want. I personally like the ponytail, but sometimes I like t’ spice things up. We can even make beards like what Sorley got!”
Sorley: “This is still an awful idea.”
Sipher: “THAT’S A FUNNY WAY TO PRONOUNCE AWFUL - oh wait, shit. I already messed up.”
Sorley is on the left, and Sipher on the right!
Bob: “And of course living so long you just straight up outlive a lot of people too. Two of the triplets have passed away, Rayner is still kicking around, I go and see him frequently. Pretty sure Po’s gone now too. I haven’t heard from that guy since the split, not sure if he even got out. Not even sure how long Snow Pokeys live either, so he could be gone from old age at this point, who knows. He always sort of kept to himself anyways.”
Sol: “How’s Rayner doing, by the way?”
Bob: “He’s in a pirate phase right now. So. It’s interesting.”
