He wouldn't. Like, I get they needed a story for DOB not being there, but they could've done better than that. Hell, they yeeted Derek off the face of the earth with vague explanations before, it's not hard.

I know he loves his dad, but you think he isn't also intimately aware of how restricting that shit is? Not to mention, the whole "obsessive maverick" thing doesn't exist outside of media. That's literally why Braeden lost her job as a Federal Marshal.

He would not pass a psych eval. The reason so many cops are Like That is because they're supposed to be. That's the whole point. They look for certain personality types. Rafael McCall is actually a decent example. And also. Don't forget Stiles was committed to a mental institution, and it's not like he can explain that was because he was possessed by a demon. He is not passing a psych eval.

Stiles would not be a cop.
