how do I see how many followers I have?

I don't understand what I'm doing sometimes. I can spend hundreds of hours playing something only to realize that I have no idea what I am really doing in the game.

I could be shoulders deep in the game and be like "Why am I doing this? Why am I here? Why did I decide to go this path?" only to continue playing the game because it was fun.

Y'all remember that post where someone mentions that murderers in movies drank milk straight up? Like- just drank it without any addition?

I remembered it when I was drinking a cup of milk and all I could think was "That would be crazy if it happened. hahaha."

My favourite update is the frogs. I will not elaborate.

Why are there so many bots?

In the span of 2 days, I've been followed by 5 people with no posts and human avatars (two of which were borderline NSFW). I don't trust any account with that sort of pfp and no posts.

I had a strange dream last night. It started with normal stuff: figuring out puzzles, going to school, surviving. Then I was trying to help pop pimples off my sisters back when I found myself in outer space faced with a giant gate/door thing with a large glowing circular symbol on the door. There were other symbols but I didn't really pay much attention to them. After like- a solid second of staring at it, I woke up.

Did I just nearly get isekaied?

What's the difference between money and adult money?

Money can spent within limitations or saved/invested.

Adult money can be spent with no limitations and can be saved/invested.

You gain money through an allowance or holidays.

Adult money is gained by working at a job.

D&D story:

TLDR: Having the character's position drawn out saves the rogue's life when the Cleric casted Holy Smite while the rogue was in the negatives.

I was playing some D&D with my family. It was me, my dad, my brother, and my sister. We were going through the "rise of the rune lords" campaign and we were in a fight against a boss creature.

For context: The party is all level 8s. My dad was the DM. I was playing a Cleric under the sun and life domain. My brother was playing a druid with a stegosaurus pet and a paladin. My sister was playing a rogue and a wizard(?). The druid, the druid's pet, rogue, and wizard(?) are neutral, the Cleric and Paladin are good.

The boss had the rogue nearing unconscious, was going for the paladin, the stegosaurus belonging to the druid was up against the boss. The wizard was attacking the boss. The druid was fighting the boss. I was looking through my spells and noticed one called "Holy Smite" that affected only Neutral and evil targets. I took a 5ft step back before deciding to cast Holy smite. Thing is: 2/3rds of my party is NEUTRAL.

The damage roll was 19. The boss failed their check and got the full damage along with getting the blinded debuff (it's super powerful, I highly recommend using it in combat). My teammates had it halved, rounded down so 9. If they succeed their saving throw, they take half of that rounded down, 4. The Druid failed, the pet succeeded, the rogue failed, and the wizard succeeded.

While calculating who would be in range, my dad drew out where everyone was. Everyone took their respective damage: Druid: 9 Rogue: 9 Wizard: 4 stegosaurus: 4

This is- the rogue was in the negatives and my attack finished the rogue off, leading to our first group kill. It was accidental since I didn't realize that so many of our group were neutral. My Cleric wouldn't know that so many of the group members were neutral.

As realization and panic sets in, my Cleric switches to healing for the next couple rounds, nearly exhausting all her channel energy uses (I had like- 1 left).

But here's the kicker: My dad checked the positions and did the calculations. The blast radius of my attack just barely missed the rogue, sparing their life. We took care of the boss and my cleric ran up to the rogue and gave them a big hug, crying and saying how thankful she is that the attack missed them and that they survived.

I even hugged my sister because I felt so bad for almost killing her character.

That's the story of how having the character's drawn out had saved the life of a party member.

When you're a game developer, you're apparently required to talk to a rubber duck about the problems you face with making the game.

Somehow this is meant to help???

I don't understand how or why but I'm giving it a shot because I'm struggling with my game + my story.
