Hey! I love you cosplay!! From sheik cosplayer to sheik cosplayer I gotta ask you, how and where did you come about your shin pads and sheik symbol on your chest? For the chest piece I was thinking about a poncho but I dunno
Hi!!! I actually made both of those pieces from scratch. The shin pads were Eva foam covered in faux leather then painted, and the chest tabard was made from vinyl leather sewn together and painted! I guess my recommendation would depend on which Sheik you're making, since I made the hyrule warriors version which is a bit more intricate than her super smash outfit (which would probably use something closer to a cloth poncho-like piece for the chest symbol).
Hey there, sorry to bother you but I just recently stumbled upon your Korea cosplay (which is fantastic btw) and I saw that you did a bit of a workout to prep. So my question is (and I'm sorry if you've answers his already) what exactly was your workout? Did you also have a certain meal plan? Anyways, I love your looks and keep it up :)
Honestly I didn't really start bodybuilding till after I made korra, but I generally worked with a high protein diet and lifted weights! For fitness advice from another korra cosplayer, I recommend checking out @ryocos!

Did you know??? @queen-of-puns and I live in the same city and go to the sAME EXACT CONS???? And I didn’t meet her for YEARS until I fricken saw her in the AX lobby on the last day. HECK, dude.
I’ve known her since I first went online as a Korra cosplayer, trying to get buff. Her, along with @mmusclechan, @ryocos, and @peonylang were the OGs I followed waaaay back when, when we were all starting to get fit like Korra. It was hella coincidental and definitely one of the memorable experiences that made this con perfect. 💪🏼❤️
