Falls here! My personal favorite time of the year! Though in the last few years have have gotten to enjoy long summer nights..... The bush pigs exterior foliage change colors along with the seasons, and the fall they start to shed a lot! This painting took forever..... originally I wanted to do a multicolor silk screen poster but I don’t think I have experience to pull, heh-heh, that off, plus creating the layers for it in photoshop would’ve been super tedious😱.... I might this a larger print..... anyway I’m still working on the next chapter, but it’s taking a while to develop the character designs and the places, and more importantly the writing. The best thing I ever did was snorkeling, but I don’t know how to swim, if I did I would probably go swimming all the time, I mean you don’t need anything but swim clothes, and there’s a whole ocean! I never really like aquaman but I guess aside from flying, being able to breath underwater would be amazing, imagine all the stuff human have never seen yet!!! I’m not sure if this one came out the way I wanted but it’s done! I thought I was being cleaver by flooding fisherman’s wharf so I didn’t have to draw a bunch of building but it was just as much work as any other Mewni painting... it was tricky painting things under and above water without completely covering all the under water stuff in water and still making it visible like in the movie.... biggest concern is if ppl will realize if it’s fisherman’s wharf... #mewni #fishermanswharf #sanfrancisco #ponyo #painting #watercolor #illustration #drawing #ghibli
