Satoru’s parents were too excited about new possibilities to care about Satoru’s exhaustion. And this is because Gojo Satoru is the future head of the clan, he has the six eyes, his cursed technique is far more superior than the others and also, a God. Satoru’s parents have already placed all their valuables on the gambling table. It’s harsh, even cruel - all the more cruel, they are planning to let their child bear their responsibilities to save humanity.

The oceans swiftly pushed against the soft grains of gold-painted sand, your feet slowly succumbing to the warmth enveloping you. It fell deeper and deeper into the ground, the cold water now brushing against your calves. You watched as the cold wind brushed against your skin on this impromptu rendezvous, the leaves of the willow tree a few metres away dancing along with the soft drums of the wind.

You wished you could express how you felt in that very moment, but you can't - it was such a mismatch of feelings no amount of words would ever be enough.

The pain of knowing nothing awaited you the minute you step back from the grainy sand slowly consumed you, the waves moving closer to you than before.

The tides were rising, the water that once only hit your calves now reaching your thighs.

Persephone was not always “Persephone” - she was once Kore; the Goddess of Spring. 

She was the embodiment of grace and beauty who nearly bewitched anyone who dared to steal a glance of her. Her long, wavy hair, her beautiful skin, her everlasting smile - it was all so alluring, enticing. 

But she always had a sinister side that grew within her - a demon she carried throughout her life under her protection of Demeter. It demanded blood - to consume the most innocent and leave their entrails for the world to see. 

Yet no one knew about it - she hid it. 

She hid it until it couldn’t be contained anymore. 

Aren’t we all like that? We have such a devilish part within us we are forced to keep in. We shun it and let it grow rampantly within us. It demands aggression, chaos and irreverence - it feeds off the unruly, devilish desires that brews within us. It catalyses it - pushes it to be released. 

Yet we’re all still showing our “Kore” - the pure, innocent side of ourselves - and hiding our “Persephone”.

It’s only a matter of time before Persephone came out, so enjoy Kore as much as you can - at least that’s what Suga tried to do.

² I will take time to write your drabbles. Luckily, my sem break is starting soon, but I like to take time when writing anything. Rushing it usually ends with me not liking what I post, so let me take my time with writing it. I will definitely post it by Nov 1, though!

³ This is a very impromptu event, so if something isn't clearly mentioned here, you can either send me a DM or send me an ask. I'll reply ASAP.
