I was going back through the prison break chapters and ended up noticing something that could give hints about what’s to come between Fyodor, Dazai, and Chuuya in future chapters.

OR, why I think Dazai’s anger in this arc is going to boil over and how it’s going to be related to Fyodor using Chuuya. (Feat. the rule of three and Akutagawa parallels).

this panel is so important to me because i view it as a way of asking “are we okay?” or “you’re not mad at me right?” and “we are okay, i’m not mad.” type of confirmation. that’s why i ache that dazai laughing till he cries isn’t animated because it means they are okay :( .
