I am a big person and I’m still not used to intense workouts, BUT I found some videos that might help you if you relate to any of those two or just don’t want to go outside to walk! These are just walking workouts, AND THEY HELP A LOT!.

- 20 calf raises (with your heels pointed in, stand on your tiptoes and then bring the heel come back down)

- 20 plié squats (with your heels pointed in, sand on you tip toes and squat)

- 10 plié pulses (with your heels pointed in, sand on you tip toes, descend into a squat and bounce slightly up and down)

- 20 one leg squats (bend one leg back and cross it behind the other leg, squatting)

- 20 leg extensions (stand on one leg and extended and rise the other back, squat down slowly)
