This is Sinclair -- Liley's Dream Guardian! A Tiefling Rogue, cut-throat to the core. She'll do anything to get ahead, including letting you take the blame for her heists.
The Emperor chose this face as the Dream Guardian to induce my Tav with a sense of shame, dependence, and nostalgia. Imagine the friend who hurt you the most coming back in shining armor to swear upmost fealty.

Liley's guardian appears as Sinclair -- her best friend, and the rogue responsible for her arrest. Cutthroat to the core, Sinclair has dreams of becoming a legendary thief, and she will do anything to get ahead.
The Emperor might have made a mistake choosing this face.
Although this face resembles Liley's deepest desires for attention and love, at her core, she knows it will never happen. Not from this person. The visage immediately puts Liley on edge, but she uses her charm as a bard to attempt masking it. She can sense something behind those eyes, trying to bait her, wriggling like a bad tentacle.
