LIVING HAKONE CC STUFF PACK

Hi guys, my CC Stuff Pack “ LIVING HAKONE 🌸” is finally here!

FEATURES:

NEW WINDOWS

Much of the Japanese style in a traditional house is this style of windows with wood frame and rice paper, although there are a couple of these options in The Sims 4 I did not like that no light passed through them, that’s why I thought about making these new designs translucent. There are 4 new window designs in all sizes (24 in total).

NEW BED NEW DUVET

I had not realized that most beds in The Sims 4 have the same mattress and the same duvet, this time I wanted to do something different with the duvet and I think they look great.

CEILING BEAMS

I love the Japanese ceilings with a wooden pattern that makes it look both traditional and modern.

A LOT OF SLOTS

Something I particularly do not like about EA furniture is that they always limit you in clutter decoration, I like to decorate with things that are my style and many times the furniture has very few clutter slots, not to mention that they do not have any. For this reason my furniture comes empty so that you can place the decoration that you like the most.

Yatai carts | TUTORIAL

I built a three different little Yatai with Snowy Escape, and this is the first one. It’s inspired in a Takoyaki stand, and even when its not functional, you can used as decor on your builds. I really love this pack so i can’t stop building with it!

I will share the other two yatai in the next couple of days, i really hope you liked!

Construí tres pequeños Yatai diferentes utilizando Snowy Escape, y este es el primero. Está inspirado en un stand de Takoyaki, y aunque no es funcional, puedes usarlo como decoración en tus construcciones. ¡Realmente amo esta expansión, así que no puedo dejar de construir con ella!

Tool Time Seamless Work Stations

So many workstations, so many styles, so little space! These work stations can be used on their own and tiled seamlessly together to create a cohesive workspace in a much smaller footprint. Most of them are 1-tile wide (except for the candle station).

You will need the EPs for the ones that require them (candle, flower arranging, and archeology). The woodworking and generic work bench are BGC.

oh PS! I attempted the fizzy station and robotics station. i am not currently able to get them to work because to be seamless i have to use a counter shader which makes it so you cant have moveable parts. but long story short i am looking at a way to add these too, but for now i wasnt able to swing it.

pss I also added a few new pegboard items with this set. search peg to find them!

Laundry Day Kitchen from simsza

6 New Add-ons for the Sims 4 Laundry Day Stuff.

This set has been put off for so long but I am happy it’s now finished and I can share it with you! The Sims 4 can always use more kitchen cabinets and counters. I was inspired when Laundry Day came out to make a companion kitchen. There also were no matching barstools for this pack so I added them in as well. Hope you all love it and happy simming!

Around the Sims 4 | Kitchenettes for Tiny Houses It’s not because you have a small kitchen that you have to eat snacks and ready-meals for micro-wave, right? So, still for the Tiny houses (I had told you I was obsessed bny this theme… :D), here’s a kitchenette in 3 different styles (cheap, vintage and modern), with a real fridge, from which you can store stuff to COOK, to use with a hotplate and oven. There’s a difference of quality depending on the price of the appliances. You can use any of the fridge with any of the hotplate/oven.

But, of course, it’s not perfect: animations can be a bit weird and to be use it’s fully usuable by Sims, there’s no footprints, so Sims can walk through if you don’t block them with a (half)wall or any other object. I have made a version of each fridge with footprints, if you don’t want to use them with hotplates & ovens, so this time, Sims can’t walk through, there’s slots at the the top, but they’re still real fridges, and not only “student fridges”.
