ABOUT THE POSITIONS (ADMINS) !!
admins will help keep the network in control and help with hosting collaborations and events. they will also help keep the queue tidy and make sure that fics are tagged properly. if there is ever any conflict at hand, admins are responsible to help deflate it. they must be able to communicate with members and any wandering queries that might be asked.
ABOUT THE POSITIONS (MODS) !!
moderators ensure that the members are properly listing their fics properly and their formatting adheres to the rules before putting them up for queue. they help keep the network tidy and help keep everyone in line as well.

you’re sure that if you were to tell anyone that kozumekenma was quite the affectionate person behind closed doors, they’d laugh at you.
not that you could blame them, after all, you’d gone through quite the stage of denial when you’d first seen him like this.
but now that you feel his head resting on your shoulder as the soft sounds of buttons mashing, you don’t really understand how anyone would think he’s withdrawn (affection-wise, that is).
“kenma?” you hum. he lifts his head off your shoulder and places a fleeting kiss against the top of your head.
“yeah?”
“you’re so nice behind closed doors,” you say. the clicking stops, and you notice how the menu screen pops up in your tv. he questioningly hums.
“it’s weird,” you continue, “you’re so affectionate at home, but you barely even hold my hand outside.”
you look at him, “why’s that?”
“that’s because it’s only you,” he murmurs, “besides, i have a reputation to uphold.”
you chuckle, “you mean your ‘cold kenma’ exterior?”
he frowns, “you know what i mean.” he resumes the game, the soft clicking of the buttons soon filling the room.
you did know what he meant. nevertheless, you were glad only you could see him like this.
it was a soft kind of kenma that was reserved only for you. and you hope he knows that you’re grateful that he can feel comfortable enough to be like this with you.
