i know so many people have asked for the s9 neon hair colors to be added for players to use, and i've been on the fence about it, but i've decided that they should add a second aesthetician in solution nine, so it's only unlockable after you get to dawntrail, who can dye your hair those colors.
PROS:
- maintains immersion
- makes unlocking them super exciting because you've had to wait so long for it
- makes use of one of the many empty buildings in s9
- potential fun new character to complement jandelaine
CONS:
- people would complain sooooooooooo bad about not being able to do it from level 1
