Fortuitously, your Lunar Map is made of extra-strong lunar bark, a remnant of the great forests that once grew all over the moon’s surface. It’s a strong, flexible material that stretches, shrinks, and holds its shape as necessary. Virtually indestructible, yet it breathes like Egyptian cotton. Call now and we’ll double your order, just pay separate shipping and handling!

The Parventians, considered one of the smallest science based species of the galaxy.

Living in communities run by hive queens these small aliens strive to find all the answers while working together. Most other species find them to be impersonal and question wether they even have emotions due to their focus on science and ways of speaking. This is simply due to miscommunication and cultural differences.

Drivin by their thirst for knowledge these little shapeshifters travel the galaxy, blending in with other species to try and learn about them and are often a cause for ufo sightings.

~~ Sylveon Hybrids V2 ~~

This is a project I had meant to do a long time ago, at the time I didn’t feel that my art style was right for it though. Also, story time! The reason that vaporeon has two variations is because I couldn’t decide which one looked better, so have two! I hope that you all enjoy these as much as I do! ~

I bought One : Literally Five Cards

Here’s what they sent:

I don’t know what I expected.

But that’s not all!

It also came with a little note saying that they would refund all our money because it was a joke project and we weren’t supposed to actually back it!! (Now you tell me!) I’m impressed. Think of all the joke projects on Kickstarter, how many of them would be classy enough to refund the money and finish the project? They also sleeved the cards which is a nice touch.

Practice?

I guess they made this joke project just to practice setting up a Kickstarter project, and were as surprised as anyone when suckers like me actually gave them money. (Someone teach them about “Draft” mode!) Anyway, their other project, their “real” project, is live and only has a couple of days left. It’s a sci-fi board game for 3-6 players.

This Ice/Electric dual-type Eeveelution was requested by @ptalex, @dannyundos, @toonwatcher, @gilrainmustang, @jdpaboojian, @imacoolboi, @stories-and-kittens, @lynxskunk/TannerxDelia, @young-avenger, @ronin-warriorsfanatic, @tickley-bum-bums, and a few anons. Inspired by thundersnow, lightning rods, and superconductors.

#??? - On rare occasion, an Eevee can be affected by more than one environmental factor, and reacts to grow into a new, rare evolution. In nature there exists a rare meteorological event where thunder and lightning develop during a strong snowstorm, called thundersnow. An Eevee that is caught in one of these storms, if it survives the experience, will evolve into an Ice/Electric type. The thick fur around this Eeveelution’s head and neck is supercooled by special glands under their skin. When moisture in the air touches their fur, it freezes instantly, creating a layer of ice. By channeling electricity into their frozen mane, these Eeveelutions can shoot off daggers of ice in any direction! When they charge their elaborate tail with positive ions and raise it to the sky, they can call down lightning to strike on their enemies or supercharge their cells. These outgoing Pokemon enjoy fierce battles and performing electrifying tail slams, but will run away from a fight they feel they cannot win. Trainers looking to evolve their Eevee into an Ice/Electric type must either track down an unlikely thundersnow storm, or must brave arctic temperatures to train their Eevee while exposing it frequently to a Thunderstone.

#403.5 - When they sense danger, Shinx are able to stun their enemies by lighting up their fur with their own generated electricity; they then escape while the foe is momentarily blinded. Shinx generate electricity through the extension and contraction of their muscles, and as they age they begin to generate more and more. They live in small groups with their litter mates, where they communicate silently with  rhythmic electric pulses from their claws. As they get closer to fully maturing, so much electricity will course through their claws that even a light scratch will cause foes to faint.

#404.5 - Luxio become more independent as they mature and will begin to hunt by themselves, though many still prefer to live in groups and will share their kills with the rest of their pride. Their electricity is quite powerful, and has begun to “super charge” their eyes, granting them the ability to see incredibly well – even through walls and objects! An older Luxio’s overall darker appearance helps them to blend in at night, remaining undetected as they stalk their prey.

Named: Shinx - Luxion - Luxio - Luxzure - Luxray

sure! the exo-l eevees (or eri eevees) are basically how i choose to represent exo’s fans on this blog. they all look the same regardless of gender, but like real fans, they all think and act differently so they’re not all connected to a hivemind or anything, and like in all fandoms there are good and bad ones. the L-shaped insides of their ears are based on the official lightstick that fans bring to concerts and can change colours in coordination with concert songs when connected to the accompanying app like this:

here, when a lot of exo-l eevees gather together for a concert, they basically sync up with each other based on their love for exo and their ears automatically change colour to match exo’s performances. when this happens, you can witness what’s called a ‘lightstick ocean’ that can look like this:

i hope that sheds a little more light on the exo-l eevees, and if there’s something specific you want to ask about i’ll do my best to answer!

Anonymous asked:

Hey Ruby, Static mentioned that you have been kidnapped multiple times, care to share some stories?

Static: “Hey Ruby, wait-”

Ruby: “Yup! I do have some stories to share! I’ll just tell ya a good one since almost all of those stories have to do something with me being locked up in a cage or tortured.”

Ruby: “I guess I could say the best time I got kidnapped was when I was sent to a combee prison! The floor there was so sweet I spent almost 2 hours with my tongue on the ground until Static came to ‘save’ me.”

Follow up for that last core question. Besides the biological explanations, what is a core to the people of your world? Are there any rituals or ceremonies centered around them? Is keeping the core of a loved one sacred or is it looked down on? Things like that.

// In the modern world, Cores are often seen for what they are, but in faiths, they can be seen as the true essence of a person’s being. Preserving the Core of a loved one varies by faith, and many belief systems vary by type or species; grass-types, for example, consider preserving a Core in a way that prevents that magic from returning to the Earth to be against the will of nature. However, fairy-types believe that death isn’t the end, storing the remains of their loved ones in finely crafted urns and vases and passing them down through the generations. Some normal-type species will wrap the Core in silk before burial.

So, yes, all those lovely things! In life, Core health can be linked to spirituality related to various deities, but in the more modern aspect, there’s tons of fitness marketing that’s supposed to enhance magic production. Ginseng, protein, zinc, that sort of thing.
