There are a few ai detection websites and addons like tracegpt for chrome, if you run the copies through there maybe it’ll be able to tell?
Thanks for the tip, I looked into tracegpt, but all the reviews say it's garbage, and I don't really want to have to create an account with them for this.
It looks to me more like someone just took my fic, mixed some paragraphs up, added some new concepts and used a lot of synonyms, but I don't think it's ai. I checked and it was published 2022, before chatgpt etc blew up.
Someone just messaged me saying they think CHWH has been scraped and regenerated using ai, I really hope this isn’t what happened, but I’ve had a look, and there are definitely some similarities. If it was scraped, I’m going to cry. If it wasn’t and it’s just copied, there’s not a lot I can do.
