It is also very bad for anti-psychotics and this also applies to lots of other drugs including mood stabilizers. Check the side effects and if sensitivity to sun/heat is one, stay in the shade, apply sunscreen every 90min if you're in the sun, drink lots of water and beverage with electrolytes. You can burn way faster, overheat way faster, dehydrate way faster. Stay safe friends <3
