Sometimes I think about the “Gregory is the crying child” theory and it feels way too unfinished and unpolished.
All we really have is a hair color, a shirt with stripes, and something Freddy said to him in game.
Their personalities don’t line up. Gregory is a steadfast kid who grew up on the streets. He knows how to lie, he knows how to sneak around, and he knows how to hide his weaknesses. Crying child is the exact opposite of Gregory.
And sure, we can stretch this out however much we need to, because this is a FNAF game and usually that’s how it works, but I don’t think that it’s meant to be stretched like this.
Idk what it is about this theory for me personally. I just think maybe, maybe we should give theories like this a rest. There’s way too many of them in the timeline of FNAF as a whole.
