i just tried to do ONE and was almost at once angry. smh, not worth it lol.

he wasn't so sure what he thought she might say, but flyin' weren't it. drive, maybe? that might've made more sense and he's certain she weren't askin' for no piggyback ride given her declaration against all manner of being too close for comfort.

and it's not even like it's his first time seeing someone take to the skies, either. these days it's gotten to be more common, and storm went skyward with just a good gust of wind. he just didn't expect it from rogue.

granted, he only been here three whole days, so he don't know much about any of them, really.

"non, girl, you make this look like we attending the met gala an' you'da one headin' it up like anna wintour's golden child."

he'll get used to it eventually, he's sure. after all the version of himself already settled in this universe doesn't seem to blink a red eye at nothin', let alone the way this here emma frost be struttin' up into the battle zone lookin' like she just came off the catwalk of new york fashion week.

excuse the incredulity marking his face by way of pinched eyebrows and a slightly scrunched nose expression. she's young (he assumes) so of course she might think somethin' like that, eh? he can only imagine what she might think if she knew who he was at her age.
