Finally got some time to play! This is one of my favorite couples, Dawn and Alexander. I’m thinking of posting some pictures of their home and clothing styles and add some cc lists, I don’t know when I’ll find time to make some cc of my own :o (so many exams...) So, I’ll show of some of the amazing stuff I’ve found over time x)

An edited version of a cardigan that came with GTW. PLAIN JANE PROJECT

HI! I'm planning to revamp  some of the base game clothing that I kinda like but doesn't  actually use that often. Especially those with no plain solid color options, because I'm boring x) but yeah, more options, easier to pair with other stuff, awesome looks. So, here's the first part, the "DressSunButtons_Floral".  I basically just made a plain texture, some recolours  and a slight mesh edit. I'll add some patterned recolours tomorrow I think x) It's a stand alone item for now, comes in solid colours and can be found under short dresses :)

Frost - Chapter One

My heart was beating so hard. Never had I thought I would be able to do it... Just run away from all the fear of those years of abuse... I knew of course, that I would never be entirely free, but I had to try.   I ran as fast as my little legs could carry me. To keep running... That was all that mattered. I didn't even know where I was heading, but then again, I didn't care, as long as it was far away from the place that was once my family's home. Now it was her's, and I will never be going back there.

For years, the only thing I knew was my little room in the attic. I would gladly accept having to sleep on the ground from now on if it meant not having to ever see it again. My legs were shaking from exhaustion and my feet were so sore. My chest was aching and breathing became harder with each step. My body was trying to tell me to stop, that it can't take anymore, but I just couldn't listen. Had she noticed I was gone? I left an hour or so after she went to bed, picked up my journal and snuck outside. When my now former home was out of view, I just ran. I couldn't look back, it was just to painful. I didn't know if she saw me, sent someone or something after me.. I just couldn't risk it.

My legs finally gave in, and I fell to the ground. The intensity of the pain became clear to me, but I had to keep going. I sat up, looking at my now bloody and dirty hands. At the same time, I noticed that a soft, warm  light had begun creeping through the huge crowns of the trees. The sun... I must have been running for hours. I couldn't help but let out a sigh of relief. I still didn't know where I was, but it had to be quite a far bit away from there. While the adrenaline retreated however, the physical pain became all the more apparent. I tried to stand up but I just fell back on my knees. The exhaustion, mentally and physically, were overwhelming. I honestly don't remember what thoughts went through my mind, I was trying my hardest to stay awake, crawling through the woods. I once again lost my perspective on time, everything was just a blur.

The next thing I actually remember, was the sight of the small cabin, a ray of light in the darkness.  Everything soon went dark again however, as my eyes were forced shut by the overwhelming exhaustion. When I opened my eyes again, I was immediately met with the sharp pain. I noticed the sun was still up, giving the surroundings the same warm glow as before. I don't know if I was passed out for just a few minutes or an entire day, either way it gave me enough energy to crawl up the stairs to knock on the door. No answer. I knocked once more and was again met with silence. Not knowing what else to do, I reached for the doorknob. It was unlocked. Without hesitation I opened the door and went inside, closing the door behind me.

I couldn't really tell if someone was living here or not. The lights were on, but everything was really dusty and downright dirty. The furniture was old and the wooden floors and walls aged. Small items like the chess pieces on the chessboard and the apron on the wall seemed to have been placed in a tidy way, and I even noticed a vase of fresh roses on the table. The floor was so dusty however, that any person living here ought to have left some footprints. It was really strange to say the least. But I couldn't bring myself to think about it anymore, I really needed some rest now…

Frost - Prologue

Has someone ever told you that life is not a fairytale? That it's time to stop thinking that it is, to stand up and face the hardships of life? Well, isn't that what fairytales are about? What fairytale is purely about happiness and joy with no darkness involved? Not a very good one I'd imagine... I'm going to tell you about my own fairytale, but I feel I have to start from the very beginning. Well, 10 generations back anyway! I haven't been able to find any journals older than that. The habit of keeping a journal seems to pass down the bloodline, as well as the actual journal itself, and I'm really grateful for that. Parts of my life makes so much more sense now.. Anyways, I'll come to that! Let me show you this journal I'm talking about...
