Random plot bunny fic

A few months ago i got a plot bunnie stuck in my head. I began to write down a pilot and in wondering if i should keep it going

It's a raven and wally west fic

Pilot chapter

It had taken a few days to take the cult down but in the end, they had been defeated. Right now they stood in the control center trying to understand how their machine of mass destruction was powered.

“Flash, ” Batman said to him. “You look around for underground tunnels, I think the power source is being channeled from underground. Shayera and Superman will look up here for more info. Me and Jon are going to figure out this machine.”

The group nodded and went on their way.

Flash zoomed around the building hoping to find the power source and put an end to this mess.

It had been a month and a half of pure chaos when a cult got their hand on a magical power source and began to wreak havoc. They had targeted the league and almost took down wonder woman and Lantern. They almost got to him too but he managed to escape.

Flash was just glad they had managed to take down the leader and put an end to the attacks.

Now to put an end to the machine that powered them. Flash would make sure he would be first in line to destroy the source.

It was a powerful and dark source of magic that had managed to kill civilians and almost killed Wonder Woman. She was still healing.

When they had come against him they almost killed him too but he got away with minimal damage but during the ordeal, he had to watch as civilians died. It was horrible to watch and he wanted his revenge.

Dark magic like that needed to be destroyed and he swore he would be the first in line. So as he found the tunnel Batman had mentioned and followed the path he had plans to destroy it. He figured it would be a book or some sort of gem. Not this.

Not her.

He stood in horror as he saw her being suspended by her arms while her legs limply dangled in the air.

He guessed this wasn't completely implausible, her magic did come from the darkest thing imaginable. She was powerful, dark and destructive but to see her here was still shocking.

Thoughts rushed through his mind as he continued to stare at the unconscious woman. He had come with the intention of destroying the source of dark magic But even with their...differences, he would never hurt her.

The sudden whir of electricity brought him back to the real world and he becomes more horrific as the machines all around Raven began to power up and do something that caused the woman to grimace in pain and then expel her soul-self.

Her soul was the power source and using it was torturing the woman. Flash quickly ran back towards Batman knowing he and Jon had probably turned the machine on in hopes of understanding how it worked.

He was by their sides in seconds pushing the Dark Knight out of the way to turn off the machine.

“Flash, ” Batman said angrily. “What is the meaning of this?”

“The source, ” he said wanting to go. “she is underground I have to go.”

With that flash ran away leaving a confused Batman and Martian Manhunter.

“Did he say the source of power is a she, ” martian manhunter asked Batman.

“Hmm, ” Batman grunted as he began walking towards the direction Flash went.

....

Flash had managed to find the release for the locks and currently held Raven in his arms trying to wake her up. She didn't stir and he was worried she wouldn't.

The woman had healing powers and usually, she would heal immediately. Right now she was hardly breathing. Leaving The Flash to worry about her well being.

He was also confused. It had been almost two years since their horrible fallout and he was surprised to see her here so broken. The fallout may have been extremely horrible and for a while, he thought he had hated her but to see her being held up like she had made all those feelings, real or not, flood back into him.

“She needs to be boomed up, ” the sudden deep voice of Batman said to him as he kneeled towards them. “she needs immediate medical attention.”

Flash nodded and the men all walked out to be able to get the fallen Titan some help.

She was worse than he had anticipated.

“I just don't understand, Wally, ” Vic said to him. “No one ever mentioned that she was missing and this had been going on for almost two months. Look at her, she's malnourished, septic, internally bleeding and I had to intubate her to make sure she kept breathing. How come Dick didn't say anything?”

Wally West wondered the same thing. Why hadn't their friends mentioned she was missing? Dick was always so overprotective of her. Even when she messed with his mind, Dick was there to make sure he didn't hurt her. Not that he would ever hurt Raven.

Yet here she was with a tube down her throat, needles in her veins and the possibility of death lingering around her.

“Bruce is already contacting the Titans, ” Wally replied.

Vic nodded and the two men just sat in the infirmary closely watching the young woman to ensure her safety and health.

Wally held her wrists in a fierce grip and wouldn't let her go.

“Tell me it's not true, ” he pleaded to her. “Tell me Zatanna is lying and trying to make you look bad.”

Raven looked down, her hood casting a shadow over her usually vibrant eyes. Her silence was all the answer he needed.

“Raven please, ” he pleaded.

She continued to look down and clenched her fists.

“It started off as an accident, ” she said with regret in her voice. “I just wanted to help and I thought... I thought if I made you feel happy then you would feel better. It didn't go right but you were too far gone for me to reverse it without hurting you again. So I... I lied.”

He shook his head.

“No, ” he said squeezing harder. “You can't just tell me these feelings are fake. You can't. “

She grimaced at the pain in her wrists but didn't move.

“Your feelings for me are fabricated, ” she admitted. “And now that Zatanna is here I've removed them. It will all go away soon, I promise.”

The handsome red-headed man shook his head.

“No,” he said again. “These feelings are real, as real as can be and nothing can tell me otherwise.”

He glared at her

“Be that as it may, ” Raven continued. “My feelings aren't and.....

At this point i apparently stopped writing. Should i keep this going >v> or let it die.

Edit: just realized this is a quote and idk why.

((She did. I won’t deny that, what she did was wrong when she manipulated him and there are better ways to approach someone. But what people are always forgetting, or at least ignoring, is that despite whatever happened between them his feelings for her was genuine. And she loved him too, she was also willing to give them a chance once all her problems are solved.

I have evidence if you are still being an ignorant little asshole who’s too lazy to do research or actually go through the comics.

Oh yeah, this scan was from a comic and also written by the same writer—a prequel to the NTT series. His feelings for her are starting to spark up here and it has nothing to do with Raven’s power, the only thing she did to him was erase bits of his memories from that day.
