Celeste (Xe/Xem) You've stumbled across my art stash of sketches, speed paints, and digital paintings. The subject matter varies, but you can expect fan art, commissions, and the occasional original character.

My buddy Faust was a trooper today as my booth bitch. I called upon our combined AuDHD powers to laminate and cut out all the sticker sheets that I picked up from the printers this morning barely half an hour before the artist alley was set to open. The holographic laminate on the "Pride Identi-Bees" stickers makes them absolutely fabulous!

I wasn't keeping the best track of which designs were selling, but I personally remember the first one to sell was to an intersex individual. It really meant a lot to them to see their identity reflecting in the swarm of bees. I also sold a bisexual bee and commiserated over bi-erasure. Several people bought the "They, Them, That Bitch" sticker.

I'm planning on trying a different display set up for the stickers tomorrow. Gotta constantly be iterating and improving. I'm gonna draw a proper sign and a bee-hive for the Identi-Bees.

Beeeeeeeees.

So many pride bees, gonna have a whole swarm of these stickers ready to sell at Sakuracon this weekend.

You didn't think those were ALL the bees, did you?

I didn't want to leave out any of the major flags. I'm sure I will still have left out some, but 18 seems like a good start.

Tinkering away at designing some stickers to debut at Sakuracon, and I realized I could easily make some from my Hannibal's Sketchbook project.

I'm thinking the bees would make a great base for a pride series of stickers. Maybe something like "Bee Yourself" and the bee would be colored in the various pride flags.

My home printer is black and white, so I was experimenting with coloring in the Ravenstag details with my posca markers before putting on the laminate. I'll probably see if my local print shop is able to print the sticker sheets in colour though, save my poor business oriented laserjet's nerves.
