Done as both a style test (for Between Blue and Gold and for RoK v2) and a way for me to gauge how long it takes me to make a page now: turns out I can do that stuff much faster now!

A redrawn version of Routes of Kanto’s first page, with my current skills. First one was drawn back in 2013, second one was made in late 2017.
I was originally going to just redraw older pages, but at this point it’s better to just overhaul the entire thing. Routes of Kanto is currently being rewritten (I’ve also redone the gameplay it’s based off) and heavily revamped in some aspects, so after I’m done with Between Blue and Gold (set in the same universe, but about two decades prior) I’ll start to work on RoK v2.
Hello everyone! I have a couple of exciting announcements regarding Patronverse runs!
RoK has been silent for a while now. I originally placed it on hiatus so I could go ahead and make a nice page buffer, but then I started reworking the outline as well. I’ve done a lot of work on RoK’s outline and now I’m going back and fixing up dialogue in previous pages so that there’s no contradictions or anything. I’m also giving old pages a facelift! The old versions of the pages will be archived in this blog. I might also change RoK’s blog so it makes page navigation easier and the extras are all focused here.
W4D isn’t a Patronverse run anymore! Though it was originally a collab between @saladsaladnovski and I, she’s taken it to her own standalone universe! Salad’s currently in the process of rewriting the run and also changing its setting to a school-based one. Exciting!
The beta W4D pages and extras are all safely archived in this blog, though.
To finish things up, I have a new run in the works! It’s also a Patronverse run, set a little over a decade before RoK starts. It’s a randomized Colosseum run and it starts when Pami “Lighttail”, an investigator of particularly weird phenomenons goes over to Orre after someone lets her know that there’s some BIZARRE stuff going down out in the wilderness.
I’m looking forward to showing everyone what I have in store!
