SO I AM A HUGE DINGUS and completely forgot to post this Good Boy whose design I absolutely love who belongs to @saijspellhart who is incredibly patient and understanding, though I did send her the pic as soon as it was done since I’m not a complete disaster just yet.

I love him so very much and I wanted to draw him right, and trying to fit him onto a page so I could show off all the fun bits of his design was an experience. I love everything about him, so I was determined to do him justice, but my favorite parts are absolutely the toebeans and his claws. Though I am also particularly proud of his floof and soft-looking snoot as well. I could yell about this all day, in spite of the exhaustion. PLEASE ENJOY THIS HANDSOME BOY and go send love to Saij who is wonderful.

Back from my exile because I finished another commission for @saijspellhart and it turned out amazing! It’s been so long since I’ve been this happy about how a piece turned out that I’m practically vibrating in my seat. The past few months have been rough, I’m still looking for a job, but between the embroidery on her capris, his toe beans, and Tikki’s tiny little scales, I couldn’t be more pleased with how this looks. I’m just. So hyped you guys. So hyped!

I have returned from my exile to bring you more art for Iron Kissed written by the amazing @mini-minou! (Warning: fic is rated Mature for a variety of reasons) No these aren’t spoilers, I promise, I just wanted to draw ship art and then someone asked for a tutorial on how to draw Faedrien’s squishy feets but I kept getting derailed on that so I’ll likely have to do it again. Oh no. Draw more catboys, whatever will I do.

I’m so proud of how Chat looks in the second pic, and the armor in the first one just turned out so pretty. UGH. I was feeling it!

SO THERE’S ACTUALLY A FUNNY STORY TO THESE, I read the amazing fic Velvet Soft (found here on tumblr, and here on Ao3, warning for mature content!), and then I got commissioned and I almost screamed from excitement?? Because Saij’s work is such an inspiration and THAT PENCIL ART IS LIFE GOALS like??? Hhhhhffffff. But yes anyways I am ridiculously happy with how these both turned out, though apparently the scanner I use is STILL determined to wash out half my shading, but I made it work. It was unbelievably fantastic to get asked to do art for one of my role models, and when I was told to just draw the character however I want, I knew exactly what to do. Art for my fave fics of course! I’m shameless, I know, but I couldn’t resist.

Ziri Migration

Not because I post too much NSFW content, but because I post too much borderline content between the body horror and the pinup style art that I tend to draw most often. That and Tumblr has never been a good fit for me, but I’ve never found a place that really felt like home. I absolutely adore the creators I’ve met through Tumblr and I’m loathe to leave, but if you’re looking for my art, it won’t be here anymore.

I HAVE RETURNED now that I have officially finished moving (if not unpacking). SO HERE HAVE A VERY BELATED ACTUAL CAT CHAT while I’m busy kicking my heaps of things into the darkest corners and finding where all my extra sketchbooks were squirreled away by past me. I am incredibly tempted to ink this, but I need to give my hands a few more days to rest because I feel like I’ve been doing nothing but moving ridiculously heavy boxes for days and my limbs are half-liquefied even after two days of just sorting papers.

Spooktember scribbles, dropping a bunch to kinda make up for missed days. Just Aerith getting ready to throw hands with the usual people like Don Corneo, plus some creeperfaced Ardyn. I won’t lie, if they tone down Aerith and make her all Soft Aesthetic for the remake I’m going to be so disappointed. Not surprised, because well, boys and their TOKEN WAIFUS, but very disappointed. She was one of the things that made that trainwreck of a game bearable.

Also been gone because I thought I was moving out this weekend! Turns out my roomie got invited on a mini vacation on Wednesday and is gone for the weekend and I’m watching their spootlet. To say I did not take this news well is a mild understatement but I managed to reschedule some of my friends helping me move to next week and requested an extra week at my job. Luckily my boss let me stay on another week or I’d have been...a lot more down about what happened than I already am. BUT ENOUGH ABOUT THAT have some spoops.
