I awready poured me a glass…oops!” Her lips made an O-shape as she turned to glance back at her right hand, expecting to see a glass in it but instead finding it empty. “Looks like I forgot about it on my way over here, ahaha. I don’ normally do that. Reckon I left it on the counter.”

“It’s quite alright.” Mito couldn’t help but chuckle. Following the death of her husband, Aina had been a welcome source of comfort for her and a friend she desperately needed. “Make yourself at home.”

History of Uzumaki Mito: Allied Mothers Force Pt 2

Pt 1 Here

The prototype of the Allied Women’s Force of Konoha came during the First Great Ninja War. As several men joined the battlefield, a group of enemies attempted to sack Konohagakure with the mindset that its defenses would be low and they could obtain several of Hashirama’s Tailed Beasts and hold political prisoners of war.

While the village was indeed attacked, several people such as Uzumaki Mito rallied their forces and fought back the enemies. During a particular offensive push, Mito once cried out that “Our enemies believe that this village is defenseless. We may be outnumbered, but we are not helpless. We are strong and I know several of you have tasted the battlefield before. We will drive these intruders back and show them the folly of their choice. They came to Konoha thinking there were no warriors to defend it. They failed to account for the powerful guardians that remained.”

The village did suffer some damages but with the help of allied reinforcements arriving, the village was protected with minimal causalities.”

⁈: What is something that’ll startle your muse? 

Prior to becoming a jinchuriki, you could surprise Mito by sneaking up on her. She would sometimes get very engrossed in her studies and you could shock her. Afterwords, it became a little tricker. That being said, you can still surprise her by doing any number of acts...especially if you’re a child of the Hokage and decide it would be a great time to practice how to scale a wall with no safety net to stop you.

☁: What is your muse’s ideal weather? 

Mito absolutely loves a sunny day, and Konoha spring days in particular. Summer will actually make her home sick as Uzushiro was more of a tropical paradise for her.

☺: What is something that’ll make your muse happy? 

Mito loves a couple of things. Reading, writing, enjoying art and even trying to come up with ideas for the future. One thing Mito loves to do as a past time is go to a hot spring or river. Swiping reminds her of her home and is a great stress reliever.

☹: What is something that’ll make your muse sad? 

Often times, Mito gets sad when she feels her opinion is mattered or she’s feeling trapped. Uzushiro was more equal in the role of men and women. As a result, Mito will feel caged when she isn’t able to do something that was fine in her home but not fine in Konoha.

✝: What are your muse’s religious belief(s)? 

We only have a few ideas of what religion is like in the Naruto world, but I imagine Mito practices something akin to shinto beliefs, centering around Kaguya.

♡: What is your muse’s ideal date? 

An ideal date would be spending time with her husband out in nature. Probably reading, discussing the state of the world and an honest discussion. Mito would love to feel the sun on her skin and hear the ocean against the sand. If Konoha was near a beach, Mito would spend hours there.

✗: What is something your muse absolutely hates?

History of Uzumaki Mito: Hinamatsuri

A few years into her tenure as the wife of the Hokage, Mito and Hashirama were gifted Hinamatsuri replicas of themselves and their court. Mito was very flattered by them and kept them in her study for several years. She would buy them for Hiruzen and Biwako’s children and other friends every few years. The original ones made for Mito and Hashirama have been generally estimated to worth several thousands of ryo.

While she was not looking her, Mito listened to her daughter. Sipping her tea, she knew Maeko had her feelings about following the path of a ninja. Several people in the village would have suspected that all of Hashirama’s children would want to follow the same path as their father.

“Maeko my dear, you know your life better than I ever could. But your father and I always wanted you and your brothers to have the choice of your future. I will always support your choices for your future.” Her daughter would have opportunities for a future that Mito would never have. And hopefully, Mito would be able to give all children, boys and girls alike, the chance to follow the path they wanted.

It was rather amazing to believe someone like Aina had not kissed another before this point. Mito could not measure everyone to her own life, but it still surprised her all the same. She would have expected someone like Aina, stunning and wonderful, to have found someone to have kissed. Or perhaps she had been waiting for all of this time. It was hard to say.

She felt Aina close the gap between them as they kissed against. Aina was forward, yet gentle. She did take by force, but every movement was as gentle as could be. Mito recognized some timidness that she had felt when she had first met her husband.

She kissed again, her own arm wrapping around Aina to comfort her.

I really wish we could have seen more of her, and more of how her relationship with Hashirama was. I know that Hashirama loved her with all his heart and that he tried his best to make her the happiest woman on earth ❤❤❤

It was getting harder these days to get out of bed. Her body was aching, her bones creaked like the empty house. It seemed like so long ago when she had been able to walk downstairs and work on her manuscripts for hours before going into town. Now she felt exhausted just by going down the hall.

Yet the voice of Tsunade made her smile. “Tsunade? Is that you? Please come up and see me.” She could attempt to come down, but she was worried it might take a few minutes.
