“ OH --- OH GOD. I’m sorry. ” He was glad that the mask was covering his face because he was one hundred percent sure that he was as r e d as his suit by now. Still new to this whole superhero thing, he didn’t know what the proper call of action was when referring to those he came across. “ Yes, sorry, Natasha. ” A nod of his head to show that he’d taken the recommendation and would make sure not to MESS UP like that again. Mechanical eyes widened at the compliment, a hand coming up to rub at the back of his neck. “ I-I well — thank you. I think some of it had to do with the new suit Mr Stark was so kind to give me.But he didn’t tell me they’d all be so big and strong. That big guy was HUGE. I guess I’m just glad the Hulk didn’t show up. ”
he really WAS just a kid, and while natasha wasn't necessarily a fan of the idea of having him involved in whatever MESS would undoubtedly come up in the future; she had to admit that he was rather...charming with his bumbling words. enough so that she even managed to crack a smile. (definitely not something that happened often to those not close to her). ❝ i'm sure the suit helped but i think a LOT of it had to do with who is IN the suit. not everyone would just jump in there like YOU did. that’s commendable. ❞ her expression shifted just some at the mention but she was quick to smooth the lines back out, to put the MASK back in place. ❝ considering who was there, you did GOOD. ❞
“Before ya say anything, ‘m not here to start any kind of fight with you.” Shame that he almost had to always had to preface conversations with Clint’s friends that way. But hey, that was his own damn fault. He’d thrown in with a bad group of people more than once. And he wasn’t exactly an upstanding citizen. Made sense for people not to trust him. “I was jus’ wondering if you’ve seen my brother lately. Haven’t heard from him. Haven’ seen him ‘round his place either.”

okay guys. i’m doing a little quick work on the new blog since i’ve been debating on it for a while now. the url isn’t switched over and i’m working on the theme/tags and such but if you want to follow it, you can find it HERE. i will be moving threads over and i’ll be making posts about personal tags and verses when i get a bit more done and i’ll make an official moving post but yeah. it happened.
m’kay. the reboot is happening because i refuse to lose nat.
i’m thinking about a reboot of nat. i’ve been on this blog for a year now and things are somewhat messy and more often than not, i’m just not happy here. i don’t know if it’s anxiety of my depression acting up but it’s something i’m seriously thinking about just to get my muse really back for nat because i don’t want to lose her.

His eyes closed as he regretted using that word immediately. He didn’t forget about that rule, but it was an automatic word in that moment, and if she hadn’t said anything, Clint probably wouldn’t have realized. “I-I’m sorry, Nat. I’m really sorry, it wasn’t on purpose…” He tightened the hug and buried his face on her shoulder in embarrassment. “Just Tasha. I won’t say that again.”
she knew as soon as she had said something, that an apology wouldn't be far behind. she could feel his arms tightening around her and then felt his face pressing into her shoulder; the actions were enough to get a small shake of her head before she reached up to brush a hand against the back of his neck. ❝ don't do that, ❞ she murmured, shifting until she was able to see him and place a hand against his cheek. ❝ you have NOTHING to apologize for. i'm NOT mad. ❞ and she wasn’t. it was something that happened, a slip of the tongue one would say; nothing for her to get upset about and nothing for him to beat himself up over. ❝ you’re tired. people say all sorts of things when they’re tired. ❞

i dress modestly, i think? so i really enjoy sweaters and skinny jeans, plus boots. dark colors are usually what i go for but i’m trying to branch out in that area.

boots. i have so many boots and not enough closet space for them all. ankle, knee high, you name it -- i probably have it.
