Gamescom 2015
Phew! That was a hectic week over in Germany. From the Xbox media briefing to our booth on the show floor, it’s certainly been amazing to get Homefront: The Revolution out there!
After a lot of hard work at the studio to prepare Homefront: The Revolution for the fans and the worldwide press, six of us set off on our travels from Nottingham to Cologne, Germany, to help support gamescom 2015!
As we arrived in the evening on Monday before gamescom, it was straight to bed ready for an early start. With out stomachs satisfied for the day ahead on Tuesday morning, we jumped into a taxi and arrived soon after at the Koelnmesse -- the giant arena gamescom is hosted in.
We were happy to see a familiar sight greet us at one of the main entrances!
On Tuesday afternoon, it was time for the Xbox Media Briefing and with it, our super secret announcement that not only will we be doing a public beta for our brand-new and separate co-operative multiplayer mode this winter, but Xbox One owners will get first access once we go live with it!
We also revealed our brand new trailer as well as new gameplay!

After a hectic week talking to press and showing off the game to fans and media alike, it was time to head back to Nottingham to work on finishing Homefront: The Revolution. We’ve got a busy time ahead, but we can’t wait to show you more.

Ever wanted to be in a video game? Now is your chance!
Deep Silver Dambuster Studios are looking for male and female applicants of any age, shape or size to have their likeness used in Homefront: The Revolution.
To apply, “head” to www.dsdambuster.com/headscan and upload a recent head shot along with a few details, then hit submit and you’redone!
We will be scheduling sessions over the coming months so please be patient if you don’t hear from us immediately.
If you’re successful, we will invite you to our Nottingham based studio where you will be asked to sit in front of our cameras and have a series of photos taken while you make a set of expressions (smile, mouth open, angry etc.).
Applicants must be 18 years or older. Any successful applicant will need to make their own way to Nottingham City Centre and Dambuster Studios will not be reimbursing travel costs. Please be mindful of this before applying. Applicants attending will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement as well as a form allowing us to use your face in our games.
