Have you finally accepted being a role model? Yeah, well I think I’ve more than anything accepted my role in the band, […] I’m okay with being the female, I’m okay with being an empowered female and hope that I can empower other girls too, because I think that maybe it’s that I have like a fifteen years old sister, I just want her to grow up to be a strong woman. So it’s just my goal to make other girls feel as strong as I feel when I’m on that stage.

That year was a huge year for me in terms of coming into my own as a little lady. Makes me proud to look back on and realize how much I was changing. Good things!
