I’ve been having Not A Great Night in terms of derealization, and I think it’s because I heard some music that made me uneasy? I was listening to a lot of vaporwave just for fun and I somehow went down a rabbit hole with youtube and ended up listening to love ballads from like... 80s-early 2000s and it made me super uncomfortable. And this isnt the first time this type of music has made me uneasy? I’ve felt this way about it since I was small and it feels nostalgic but not in a good way?
