Hii! Could we please see a close-up of your handwriting? It looks very neat.

Thank you, and have a nice day/night!

here’s a close up! i’m not the biggest fan of my handwriting bur i often get compliments on it. if i’m really focused i can make it nicer, but this is my day to day writing!

i'm in a world civilizations pre-1500 class atm and they literally spent only a third of a chapter for about japanese history up until the the 1200s. i have literally spent more time watching 'history of japan' by bill wurtz on youtube than this course spent teaching it. like we spent two whole chapters on rome and we get a partial chapter for japan and only one chapter for the history of the ENTIRE AFRICAN CONTINENT. the whole chapter was split into japan, korea, and vietnam holy shit. i'll be teaching similar content when i get my teaching certification and i refuse to fail my students like this.

• 2 classes. My material science class is an 8-weeks class, so we’re having the final next Monday. That’s a little crazy.

• Financial Management midterm. It was much easier than I expected, and since I did it in the testing center the computer showed me my result right away. 98 ✨

• 2h on forest 🌳 today (a bunch of physics homework and some history reading)

My most popular post in here is the post with the noodle soup being first in the sequence of photos :D It wasn’t on purpose that time, but now it is lol. (But it does show my real priorities u know lmao) what can be better than food? 🍱

every time exam season comes around, i am painfully reminded of why i should’ve started my revision weeks ago… the only thing keeping me going is listening to seventeen on repeat

monday, march 18th, 2024 | 5/31 days of exam prep

I really did not want to study today, but I managed to get an hour of review in! I'm almost done with section 4 and then I'll be on to reviewing the last one. looking forward to finally resting after this exam is done :')

today's self-care & productivity:

  • got some good API code done at work
  • 1 hour of studying section 4
  • rewarding myself with going out to eat for dinner :D

Day 94 • 100 Days of Productivity

I got accepted on the President’s List at my college!! i’ve also been dissecting frogs and fetal pigs in bio and i’m weirdly enjoying it. like i like these labs more that the just paper ones. i only need one more credit and then ive completed my associates degree and i can transfer to my four year (im going to the College of William and Mary). i FINALLY completed my macroeconomics final from last semester (*cough* four months later *cough*) which is a weight off my shoulders. looking forward to a chill weekend bc i finished so much of my work this week. just a few more weeks until summer break and im READY.

much love to my trans brothers and sisters and siblings on this trans day of visibility. i see you even if others can’t because you saw me when i felt invisible. these times are tough and some days it feels like everything we worked for is regressing, but i promise you we will not be silenced. there are people who love us, who will use their privilege to fight for us, and our community will be strong even if everyone turns their backs on us. trans lives are not expendable, we are valuable and necessary for the world. we have existed since the beginning of time and we will continue to exist no matter what. on this day, take a moment to thank yourself for being true to who you are, even if you can’t express it outwardly or safely. there will be a time we all feel ready to be us, and i hope you all will be there with me when that time comes. love, your trans brother.

Spending the day reviewing my readings + finishing my assignments for the next week 🫶🏻🩷 Very productive but tiring! 🤞🏻🍰
