I want everyone to realize Rufioh is “Crazy Ex”ing her. Damara’s anger is completely, 100% justified. And remember- canonically, she’s only that way to the other members of the Alpha Troll cast. You know- the people who would have had some active role in ruining her life?

… Also, I feel like some people like to forget that while she is holding the most powerful grudge of all time, she is still very much so capable of conversing with those that have hurt her on a human level. Does that imply forgiveness? Absolutely fucking not. But it does show that she’s not “unrelentingly evil.” She’s just very hurt, and justifiably very angry with her past treatment.

yknow ever since people realized tumblr isnt dead and have decided to flock here from twitter and tiktok ive seen a huge influx of people in fandom spaces who dont reblog anything. at all.

like, i used to have an art blog with 340 followers. not a ton but not a small amount either given how this website works with creators. and in my experience back then even the ones who only left likes still reblogged other things or at least posted their own stuff. literally the only empty blogs were clearly bots.

but on this New art blog, i've had so many people with fandom-specific headers and icons with actual usernames as urls and some kind of title or description, but have. Nothing. no posts. all they do is like things. and it's always public, too. their following list and their likes list.

and honestly all it makes me think is that these people are New and also don't know how tumblr works. how likes don't give exposure. not even in a "oh, i know it doesn't give exposure, but i'm still going to reblog anyways" way, but in a genuine honest to god straight up doesn't realize tumblr likes don't work like twitter's.

PLEASE please if you're from tiktok or twitter or whatever please reblog people's art both fandom and original if you like it!! and maybe actually pad out your blog's content in some way so people won't potentially see you as a bot and block you.

anyway. you're allowed to dislike the homestuck epilogues. you're allowed to not wanna touch it with a hundred foot pole. but it's always so ridiculous to me when people act like the epilogues and hs^2 are like, pure evil lmao. some of the character ideas are questionable, but with only a few exceptions, a lot of the character decisions are really interesting and believable on a hypothetical level! regardless, the narrative that the epilogues were made to spite the fandom is... sorta silly. poke fun, definitely. but to me, the epilogues are intended to be a tongue in cheek nudge to the fandom to make their own continuations to the story, as well as their own stories themselves. the blatant unlikability of the epilogues are evidence of that, as well as it being blatantly advertised as not entirely canon.

anyway. if you haven't read homestuck yet, don't feel pressured to read the epilogues. it's not the easiest read, and the trigger warnings at the beginning aren't a joke. it's your responsibility to decide whether or not you're willing or capable of handling it. or if you even want to consider it a part of the story. but you're not a bad person for liking it or reading it, and it's not an inherently harmful or hateful work of fiction.

A large chunk of Karkat's ships are a direct result of his "I CAN FIX THEM" complex, so I'm going to dial that up to eleven and have him date Eridan, Vriska, and Gamzee at the same time. No one knows what quadrant they're in, least of all him. Karkat just knows he's going to put these people back together if it's the last thing he does.

It's really dysfunctional. The only one with any working idea if how to show proper affection is Gamzee, which usually results in him dragging his partners kicking and screaming into the horn pile. Eridan just throws extravagant presents at people and Vriska follows his lead while pretending he stole her idea because she clearly doesn't need any help with her emotions. Horn pile cuddles are filled with multiple variations of "I'm not enjoying this, I just happened to agree to it, shut up" whilst going on for hours because 3 of the 4 involved are monumentally clingy.

Somehow, it works and everyone somehow becomes a better person. Vriska genuinely apologizes to Tavros and tries to make up for what she did, which just gives the poor boy an existential crisis. Gamzee has a support network to fall back on when his sopor runs out and Eridan is able to hold onto his hope because of all the people counting on him. All four members have the sudden realization of "oh my god, these people love me and won't abandon me ever" at different points and spend the rest of the day hugging their nearest partner. Somehow, they actually managed to make things work.

At one point, Karkat realizes he didn't just fix them, they fixed him too.

Also, Gamzee would bring his two boyfriends and girlfriend along to raise the cherubs. All hell breaks loose as these four try to figure out how to be parents.

      Moving the next second, you feel some pain from your… knee? And then the tube tugs in your arm, sending shocks from the needle, and you wince. And there’s a cast around your leg, and a splint brace on your wrist, and there’s tape and gauze all over your hands and shoulders and a few places on your arms.

this also is a hippocampus. part of the human brain.

it looks like a seahorse, or a hippo campus, for which it was named. (sorry for the gross looking stuff)

its located on the side of the brain and controls long term memory and other important things, if it gets damaged, you can be screwed or forget how to talk.

as we know, this is nepeta. she was killed. and the side of her head was caved in by a club, probably damaging her hippocampus.

In the dream bubbles, her head and body for that matter are whole, so one would think all is reversed.

but meulins deafness and mitunas problem didn’t go away with death.

this suggests that dying doesn’t affect head things, just how you look.

which is valid, considering Nepeta isn’t shown to talk, and its hypothesised her rain was damaged where it controls speech.

but i also think her hippocampus was injured, because its gamzee and he was raised by a hippocampus, and hussie like to fuck with us.

dammage to the hippocampus in your brain causes alzheimers like symptoms. Nepeta might not be able to remember much of her past now. Including Equius or what Gamzee did.
