Hello! You can call me Mape (or in any way, don't mind nicks). Mexican - She/Her - Adult.

This blog is mostly used for random reblogs of the fandoms I'm into (plus other different topics I might feel like sharing and memes).

  • RWBY: fanarts of characters and ships, and gifsets and theories when the new volumes come out. RWBY spoilers will always be tagged up to one week after they come out, under #rwby spoilers and #rwbyX (the x being the number of the current volume).
  • Different videogames: TLOZ, Fire Emblem, Resident Evil, The Evil Within, etc.
  • Slasher content: I like slasher movies and my brain rots for some of the characters, so be mindful of that!
  • Might share things from different animes/shows, but not as much/not so plot relevant stuff.

I don't really tag stuff, just a few things from time to time. (I'm always open to tag things if they're triggering tho! Don't be afraid to ask)

Note: While I don't share nsfw stuff too often, I still do. I have nothing against minors following me as long as they behave, so please make sure to block #n/sfw and #n/sfw ish if you're a minor or are uncomfortable with said content.

This blog is runs over the "don't like, don't look" rule. Be mature and don't bring discourse about other people, ships, hc or anything, this is a safe space for people to gush and talk about what they like!

And for god's sake! Please don't dm me just to try convince me to commission you! (Because yes, it has happened before)

Brazil is going through one of the worst climatic crisis ever seen.

i live in the southernmost state, Rio Grande do Sul. we have been suffering from extreme, nonstop rainstorms for a week now. the rivers are flooding, reaching 4-6 meters above their natural level. people are being rescued by helicopters, neighborhoods are being evacuated. entire cities are slowly but surely becoming submerged in water. 60 people missing and counting. 32 deaths and counting.

and this is not new. last november also had a flood like this one. 50 dead, many material losses. it happened again this january, with thousands being left without power or water for days.

three catastrophical disasters within less than a year. three disasters only a few months apart.

this is not natural.

unsustainable agricultural practices and politics led to this. a complete disregard for nature led to this. greed led to this. always greed.

when it comes to the climate crisis, i cannot stress this enough: we need to act now if we still want to live. disasters like this are going to happen more often and they're going to be much, much worse. this flood is being considered the worst climatic catastrophe in the history of my state. i don't know how long it will take for another bigger one to happen and take its place. i just know it will be sooner than it should.

As someone who was recently in Fukui, this isn't even scratching the surface of how mad the town is for dinosaurs.

For example, here is the outside of the train station:

If you thought that they were only outside the station, think again!

The last dinosaur has a crab, because the region is known for seafood.

You can even buy coffee emblazoned with dinosaurs!

And that's not even getting into how you get to the nearby Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum. Behold, the Dino-Liner:

And if you're like, man I don't know how the museum will top all of these dinosaurs, boy do I have news for you.

But, eventually, it was time to head back to the train station...on the dino bus.

oh boy, one of the websites i used to download old nintendo games has started taking down some of their games at the request of nintendo of america. DON'T PASS AROUND ILLEGAL DOWNLOAD SITES SO PUBLICALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if you want to spread a download websites, do it in private chats and dms and whatever. do not go onto a public square, yelling HEY EVERYBODY! HERE'S A PLACE YOU CAN GET EXPENSIVE STUFF FOR FREE! MAKE SURE THE AUTHORITIES DON'T KNOW ABOUT IT! IT WOULD BE REALLY BAD IF THE COPS FOUND OUT, BECAUSE IT IS ILLEGAL TO DISTRIBUTE THIS STUFF! DON'T TELL THE COPS!

you wouldn't put up posters advertising where to find your illegal drugs guy because you love his drugs so much, you shouldn't go around spreading the website where one guy dedicates his time do illegally distributing video games.
