I'm a hobby artist and post a variety of things, but these days I post a lot of Character/NPC art that I create for the table top games that I run.

PSA - If you want to use a particular character(s) in your own game PLEASE ASK first! (In a message, ask, email, etc.)

In most cases it is alright with me, however some of these characters are either Player Character's art that I've done for my players OR an NPC that is very important to one of my Player's Characters. And in these cases I ask that you don't use them.

If people are interested in the NPC art I draw, I may consider selling them in Packs on Gumroad or opening a Patreon

I actually draw a LOT these days! I'm a happier artist than I have been ever before in my life.

The reason I don't post that much is....because I forget, truly. That and it takes a lot of extra effort to post. I draw tons of character tokens for the ttrpg games I run/am in.

The reason it takes extra effort to post them is because I save them as square background-less pngs for ease of use in the VTT we use, and when I post them I like to make sure they are watermarked, cropped correctly and have a white backgrounds. So when I go to queue up a bunch of art to post it means I have to open each file and adjust it before posting.

I should just make a separate version for posting when I finish them initially but....I always forget. And sometimes I'm in a rush to finish them too. So...that's how it goes ;w;

Here's a bust I did for a lamia character named Vohanna. She's a historian/archeologist and super nerd

She is an elf, due to a mishap during an experiment her ears were morphed into horns. Since it has drastically affected her hearing she often wears a caption crystal that....basically just live captions the world around her.

Starting from the top:

Pachi, half goblin half lemon shark. Penpa, hammerhead. Norbue, Mako. All children of Audra and Tenzin.

Hey! It's going pretty good! I'm still learning every session but it doesn't feel like running a marathon every time now.

Hmm anecdotes...well lets see

I think one of my favorite things that has happened was the Party adopting a Drider, Zezil, that had lived in a cave alone for like 200 years waiting for their master to return (they never did). Now don't get me wrong- I designed them to be a friendly encounter. But coming into GM and learning how viscerally Players will grab onto an NPC with both hands and say "this is my baby now" is wild.

Sketches and concept stuff, first meeting. They farmed giant mushrooms and glow grubs in their medium sized closed off cave.

(After coming to the Big City and going to School)

Zezil has an abnormal body even for a Drider, they are able to withstand environmental conditions(The Void) that others can't and also most Driders don't have a spider face as well, of course.
