It’s too beautiful. I could cry.

I love this because I’ll be watching a movie and think “how did they do that? Is that a building they built for this movie? Was it there beforehand? Is it cardboard or CGI? Is that actually some place on Earth that they’re filming?” And the answer to all of these now is “nope, that’s a painting”. I can’t believe some of the most iconic, familiar shots were paintings!

Her nose buried in Frankie’s favourite jacket didn’t do much to console her, in fact it made her miss him even more than before. It hurts, not having him around. Aura had lost the track of time, not bothering to count the days that he’s been gone but it was reaching the second month mark. She had isolated herself, locked herself away from the rest of her family. From her mother, brother and most importantly her own son. She couldn’t look at him, seeing too much of his father in his face. There was so many things she had to go through before she could fully emerge but she wasn’t sure if she was strong enough to go outside again.

“Mum?”

Aura flinches as she looks over to the door, she could see the shadow of her son’s feet under the door in the dark. She wipes the tears out of her eyes, swallowing the next wave that threatened to take over her. Adam was hurting too and yet she was here, grieving alone when she should be out there with him. She didn’t just lose her husband but the father to her child, Adam lost his father and she should be out there.

“Nan said dinner is ready…”

Adam didn’t stick around longer than needed to deliver this message, she should spend more time with him. They should be going through this together, as his mother it was her job to comfort him. Perhaps they could do something together, remember Frankie together in a special way. Aura crushed the fabric of Frankie’s jacket, pressing her nose into the soft material. It still smelled like him, like fresh saffron buns. Frankie adored saffron buns, born and raised in Cornwall it was a part of his upbringing. Frankie insisted on going on holiday to Cornwall during Adam’s school break, say hello to his family and enjoy the air. Aura missed that, she missed him.

Loki was watching the four newbies during their training exercise. He shook his head and tutted under his breath.

Stark was far too hard on them all, throwing them straight into battle against his robots. They were ruthless and didn’t take any prisoners, someone almost died last month. Loki failed to see how it was training when they were basically fighting for their life.

Not that Loki cared much about the mortals… He was a God, after all. Above them all. He’d taken many a life, what did it matter if more were taken?

But then, why did he find himself staring and worrying over her…

I always found it a bit odd. Hilarious, but it raised too many questions. When did Steve make these? Why did Steve make these? How did he manage to be so cheesy and overly sincere knowing how much crap he would get from the other Avengers for it?

Well, today my sister told me her headcanon. Picture the scene. Steve leans on the back of a chair, as above. Peter immediately launches into ‘So, you got detention…’. Cap blinks. Peter awkwardly tries to explain. It turns out Cap has no idea what videos he means, and neither do any of the other Avengers.

So they get in touch with the company who made them, and they swear blind that it was really the real Captain America, and that it all his idea. That he came in and said how much he wanted to help the youth of today.And the Avengers all lose it because someone is running around doing an unbelievably good impression of Captain America, they could have destroyed his reputation, they could have infiltrated the Avengers; and instead all they are apparently using it for is to make silly, embarrassing videos.

It’s completely baffling. Who could possibly be behind it all?
