FAQ
Hello lovelies! We’ve received so many questions regarding our network, and thought we’d do a bit of an FAQ to help any interested young wizards who are confused or curious as to how this network works! If you have anymore questions or concerns that haven’t been stated, you can message us anytime! Thank you!
- When will you be recruiting? - Due to exams and finals, we won’t be starting up our network until the middle of this month or the beginning of June. A lot of people are very busy but the main idea and the whole system has been made!
- What are the roles of the admins and prefects? - The admins are the ones who make the final decision on new members, calculate the points, set the activities for each of their houses, and will be the ones to announce winners of the week. The prefects scout for new members and submit their recommendations to the admins. They also keep track of points over time and will take place of the admin of she (all of us are girls, surprisingly) is absent and needs to take hiatus.
- What does Facebook have to do with it? - The network is Facebook based. All members should have a Facebook page so they can be apart of the private network group!
- How will you recruit members? - The first round of recruitment will take place over the month. We will have a post for us to reblog at the time, and an application for you to fill. Afterwards, we will be doing an invite-only system, in order to substain from drama and negative possibilities. NOTE: all blog styles are welcome, and we will not judge you based upon your blog style or any network you’re in. We appreciate a diverse amount of people with open arms!
- Why are the point systems different? - We thought having differnet point systems would be fun and make it a little bit spicy hehe!
- How does the team become the house cup? Are there other activities the admins will make? - On our Facebook, we will make sure that daily activities will be made for all of the houses that will need to be completed by the end of the week. We will add up all the points and the house with the highest number of points will be house cup and will be featured on the network blog!
- Where do we submit the points? - Submit the points to your admins and prefects by the end of the week. We will all have tags underneath our submit boxes. Make sure to press the house and points tags so we know what you’re doing.
- Regarding drama - As we stated, we will be open to all people (admins and members of other networks) and those with different blog styles. We don’t want anyone ostracized because of controversial or petty reasons. If you have problems with another network member, please inform us and we will deal with it ourselves. If you refuse to follow any of our rules here, or omit to confronting us about any issues, we will ban you from the network and you won’t be reinvited to join.
- What if I quit temporarily? Can I come back? - Unless you are a perpetrator of drama, you can certainly take hiatus or fully quit and come back! Personal issues happen all the time and we all have lives off tumblr. All of us are very flexible and understanding when it comes to issues like that, and we will never count that against you.
- Any credits? - This network was inspired by @thesaintsandsinnersnetwork and @islandunity! We do not take full credit but the Harry Potter idea is original.
