This marks the end of Avania, Chapter 17, part 1. As mentioned in the previous announcement post, I decided to split the chapter into two parts in order to move things along during this period of reduced comic production time. While being a good father is my foremost obligation now, Avania is still a passion project for me. Fortunately, the rest of the chapter is already sketched out, and I am working to complete it as soon as is feasible. I hope you enjoyed this half-chapter, and thank you for reading in any case! At the end of January 2024, my father passed away. I have no intention of ceasing comic production, but I think it is safe to say it will be some time before I can feasibly return to drawing on a regular basis.
