do you ever hear people talking about something and you’re like. fuck. let me be real for a second. i’m too much of a commie to have this conversation

“of course this is the bare minimum amount of labor someone must perform to be a human being worthy of being alive! what do you think, rimon?” brother if i told you what i think about this your head would fucking explode.

I was talking at work about how fucking boring mens fashion is and how I wish I could wear skirts and dresses and stuff without getting weird looks and people were laughing like i was joking? And then this girl said "you don't want to start wearing skirts, then you have to shave your legs!" and i said well no and she said okay maybe not as a man but I still have to and i said "well... you don't though" and she thought that was a joke?????? I fucking hate gender

it’s okay bro ur out here doing the lords work. telling women that they can be hairy is basically a divine mission

hey y'all. please go tell your trans siblings that you love them. please don't ignore them when they're in obvious distress. don't be a bystander. don't wait for somebody else to help them. text them. if you saw someone post concerning stuff a while ago but now they seem fine? text them anyway. be there for each other. please.

Listen, i know Penitence mode was something introduced bc of Don't Starve Together but.... something about Lamb clinging to the aspects of mortality, even on their way to becoming a god. Treating it as a way to be forgiven for the sin of betrayal, becoming a god of their own making by stealing it from another. On the flip side, using it as a way to get closer to their Cultists. 'See, I'm just like you, i need to eat and sleep.' Coming back from a Crusade starving and exhausted to rest and eat with their followers, joining in the Feast Ritual and truly enjoying it, learning their favorite meals and sharing their own as well. A way to connect with them, showing them that not long ago, they were mortal as well.

the cultists looking after their god just like <3

Yes, this! Defending the Lamb from Dissenters who are angry about them leaving for so long, start preaching lies and trying to turn people against them. Helping Lamb heal with the Camellia flowers the same way they heal the followers. Giving them extra time to rest and a few senior Cultists delegating jobs to the others.

The bishops tho... Usually the lamb has to look after their disabilities but on good days they return the favour

I could see the Bishops carrying a distaste for the Lamb clinging to mortality. What a foolish thing for a God to do. Especially one who defeated the 5 of them. Almost seems like a laugh in their face. "Look, someone who is still bound by aspects of mortality beat you, sent you to Purgatory, finished you off, then brought you into my Cult." Whether the Lamb actually sees it that way or not is another thing. Maybe after they've been there for years and years do they eventually come around and help the Lamb when he comes back, exhausted and starving. After all, they don't have ages to hold a grudge anymore.
