Do you ever think that to Duke, the family members who have died visually have a different Aura than everyone else?
Like a normal persons Aura, to Duke, have a bunch of colors or the rainbow, but certain colors are more vibrant depending on their personality.
But Dick and Steph, who’s hearts have stopped, but then they’ve been resuscitated, their Auras look more like colored pencils
Cass who died but then was brought back via Lazarus pit almost immediately, her aura looks like watercolor that has a green tinge to it
And Damian and Jason, who were fully dead for months, their auras are on the greyscale

The real reason everyone makes fun of Dicks Discowing outfit is because he's the only one that can somehow pull it off
Every superhero and vigilante has has a costume like that at some point, something daring or a bit ridiculous that in hindsight that they just couldn't make work for whatever reason. Nightwing? The pretty motherfucker not only made it work, he slayed in that outfit. It looks ridiculous by itself on display in the batcave but not when Nightwing puts it on
The only reason Dick doesn't know this is because all his siblings have collectively gaslit him into thinking that it's his worst costume to date.
Was it a weird design? Definitely. Was it over the top? Of course. Did he pull it off? Abso-fucking-lutely.

My au, in which all the characters we know and love in Sk8 the infinity are girls who play roller derby instead of skate boarding.
I tried to give them all a unique style, jojo being more 80s inspired while cherry is very cyber (imagine her skates glow). Eve, usually the "matador of love" will get lots of flamenco inspired parts! And shadow is my butch icon. Reki is very kid-core in her colours, where Langa is very soft and more pastel. Miya is pretty much the same just more non binary now.

When I speak with my family, they describe the situation in Rafah as apocalyptic - like judgment day. Everyone is desperate to escape, yet there is nowhere to turn. Walking the streets, all you witness is a sea of displaced individuals in sheer panic. Hospitals are non-operational, the border is closed, supplies are running out, and the bombing and killing are nonstop. 1.3 million people are enduring these harrowing circumstances in Rafah. Why is this okay, how is this okay?
