semi-hiatus

hi. so... i don’t know how to do this. maybe it’s not a big deal for most of you, but i don’t know, for some reason it is for me. despite all its craziness, i love this website and i love creating content, but i’m also a person who puts an awful lot of pressure on herself, who expects a lot from herself, maybe too much, maybe way more than what other people expect of her. for a while, because of various reasons, i’ve been feeling like i haven’t been able to meet those expectations, and consequently i’ve been feeling down, guilty... a failure. i know this isn’t what giffing should be about, which is why i’m taking a little step back, mostly to take care of myself. i’m not leaving, i’ll still be around, probably as much as i’ve been in the past few weeks, which maybe isn’t a lot, but it’s what i need. i’ll keep posting, but only when i feel like it, and i’ll still check my tag daily so don’t stop tagging me in your beautiful creations! from an outer perspective it will probably look like nothing or only very little has changed, but a burden will be lifted off my chest. i hope you understand. i love you all to pieces ♡
