Hello, everyone! I wanted to give a quick update on Spud. Last night, I had to take him to the emergency vet due to a proptosed eye. Basically, pressure had built up, causing the eye to bulge out of its socket. He was bleeding and the eye was super swollen, but he was well otherwise.

Well, the prince is a little champion and surgery went super well! He’s on meds now and sleeping the day away in his cuddle sack :) The attached picture is him waking up from surgery. I’m so happy he’s doing better. He’s a one-eyed hedgehog now!!
