A couple from Nara Dreamland, more to come. This place truly was magical and I’ve never experienced anything quite like this before, it was hands down the highlight of my time spent in Japan. This place has been shut a few months shy of 10 years. Most say it was shut due to loss of numbers as Tokyo Disneyland had a facelift and presumably the public decided to go there instead. However, it’s also been noted that the opening of Universal Studios in Osaka in 2001 played a huge part in the decline of its foot traffic. Kodak Portra 400, shot on my Hasselblad 500C/M
