you know that feeling when you’re on your period and you take a shower and you feel so clean and relieved and nice but then as soon as you turn the water off it’s a race against you, gravity and time

I swear the last line made it feel like the plotline of an action film

It is a period drama

someday, in the distant future, humans will once again be capable of hearing the phrase “what is love” without also feeling the primal urge to  respond with “baby don’t hurt me”

So at that point, people will say “baby don’t hurt me”…no more?

I tried to scroll past I really did

Lol good job you brave warrior, standing in the middle of the cesspool of SJW and feminist bullshit. I personally have to stay in hiding as a conservative on here because this place is so intolerant and violent against us and I just want to be able to enjoy shows on here without being crucified. How much anon hate do you get??? And also just keep up the good job fighting for us and our party. I know sometimes it's hard. Thank you and fight on!

i actually don't get much, if i made my political views known to the outside world tho i may lose some friends lol

How to Boycott Google

At this point, boycotting Google is a bit of a David vs. Goliath battle, but for anyone mad about the James Damore firing, here are some helpful tips. First off, the assumption that Google has a monopoly on its services is itself a product of Google’s clout. The truth is: they don’t.

1. Browser: “Brave”

So chances are you’re probably using Google Chrome. Given what Google did to Damore, regardless of your stance on his actual firing, we can’t expect Google to be staunch defenders of “free speech” and “privacy rights.” So if you want to avoid that, start using the Brave browser.

Brave was started by Brendan Eich, the “proto-Damore,” if you will. Eich was forced from his job as the CEO of Mozilla for donating against anti-gay marriage and runs the Brave project now. Unlike Chrome, Brave allows for anonymous browsing and also deprives Google of your service.

Here’s the download link: https://brave.com/download/

Brave works great on computers, but it crashes a lot on mobile. Just use another browser, anything but Chrome.

2. Search Engine: “Qwant”

So if Chrome weren’t bad enough, Google also tracks and manipulates your search results. Just the Facebook Fake News scandal, Google is also suppressing search results. Try googling “American mathematicians” or “American scientists” if you think that Google is an “unbiased free market participant.” In reality, Google has a lot to gain from their cronyist relationship with the Democratic Party.

Qwant is a search engine that provides all the functionality of Google, without any of the hassle.

3: Email: “Protonmail”

So with email you have a lot of options, but Protonmail is probably your best bet. We can’t trust gmail with our email information and thankfully Protonmail exists. Protonmail is fully encrypted, preventing any people from trying to manipulate your email activity (which can include subscriptions to right wing or politically incorrect websites) and is based in Switzerland. You have a 500MB storage limit if you don’t pay for a premium account, but it’s better than surrendering your data to google.

4: Entertainment “Soundcloud,” “Spotify”

So if there’s one part of Google that it does have a certifiable “monopoly” over, it’d probably be YouTube. You can find most major music on Spotify though, which is independent for the time being. For smaller artists, it’s very likely that they use Soundcloud.

5: Messaging- Telegram

Telegram is a free messaging service that is fully encrypted. It’s user friendly and doesn’t track your messages. We’ve seen how many people have had their employers contacted for posting mildly politically incorrect content on Facebook. Facebook is under enormous pressure from left wing groups for the Fake News scandal and there’s strong hints that Zuckerberg may be running in 2020. With all the dirt he has on people in “””private””” facebook message chats, who knows what a Zuckerberg campaign or Zuckerberg administration would be capable of. This isn’t technically a Google boycott, but just a good thing to keep in mind.

This is a photo of a young child in Sudan starving to death. The photographer, Kevin Carter, was told not to touch or assist children for fear of transmitting diseases. As Kevin prepared to take the photo, a vulture landed behind the girl. Careful to not disturb the bird, he approached the scene very slowly and took a few photos from roughly 10 meters before chasing the vulture away. What Kevin didn’t know was that he had just shot one of the most controversial photographs in the history of photojournalism. Kevin was faced with many questions about whether the girl had survived and why he did not help her and only used her to take a photograph. It became known that the girl mustered enough strength to walk away but her ultimate fate is a mystery. His photo won the Pulitzer prize in 1994 and Kevin committed suicide three months later, leaving the following note behind:

“I’m really, really sorry. The pain of life overrides the joy to the point that joy does not exist… I am depressed… without phone… money for rent … money for child support… money for debts… money!!!… I am haunted by the vivid memories of killings and corpses and anger and pain… of starving or wounded children, of trigger-happy madmen, often police, of killer executioners… I have gone to join Ken [recently deceased colleague Ken Oosterbroek] if I am that lucky”.
