The new A League of Their Own series is getting review bombed on Rotten Tomatoes and IMDb via angry incels upset by “woke” / LGBTQ themes, “box ticking”, etc.

The show is clever, heartfelt… and not meant for them.

Btw, this show was created by two queer people, Will Graham and Abbi Jacobson, both are also executive producers, and Abbi also plays one of the main characters.

While big media companies and streaming services only care about revenue, the people actually creating and working on projects like this do care about queer representation. And in case of this show, it really is a labor of love from queer people for queer people, especially women. The show also highlights the injustices black women had to face at the time.

This amazing show is out only for one day and already under attack by cishest white men, just because it's one of the few shows not catering to them. This malicious attack is based on misogyny, homophobia and racism, and it proves yet again that we still have to fight harder to get our voices heard and our stories told. Don't let these assholes win.
