The UK government on Sunday rebuffed calls to follow the US’ lead in halting some arms sales to Israel if it proceeds with a major ground operation in Rafah, the southern Gaza city home to 1.4 million refugees, Anadolu Agency reports. Foreign Secretary David Cameron, in an interview with the BBC, expressed his opposition to Israel’s plans of an invasion in Rafah but emphasized that ceasing arms sales would “make Hamas stronger.” He claimed that the UK supplies a mere 1% of Israel’s weaponry, indicating limited leverage in influencing Israeli actions.

During her speech before demonstrators in New York, author and journalist Naomi Klein condemned Israel's crimes against Palestinians, asserting that Zionism has strayed from Jewish values and stating, "Zionism is a false idol that has betrayed every Jewish value."
“We don’t need or want the false idol of Zionism. We want freedom from the project that commits genocide in our name,” she added.
The demonstration, held just one block from the residence of US Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, resulted in the arrest of hundreds of protesters. This event coincided with the Senate's approval of a $95 billion foreign aid package, which includes approximately $17 billion in arms and security funding for Israel.

Let's keep in mind the horrifying reality that way more than 35,000 Palestinians have been murdered by Israel. That's just a total of deaths directly from bombs, etc. There's deaths from intentional starvation, succumbing to injuries and other medical emergencies because of destruction of hospitals, and so on and so forth.

Israel has done what we all predicted and warned about. Simple, pure evil. They pushed Palestinians by carpet bombing everywhere till they all had to go to the least bombed place (No, Rafah was never completely safe. They were bombed there, too, to a horrific degree), and then, after cramming what nears a two million civilians with about 600 thousand children, they are asking them to leave... to where?! Nowhere. They are just saying leave. So then, when they kill them all, they can say 'Oh, we warned them'

Rafah is now the most densely populated place in the world, with a population of about 1.5 million and prehaps more in 64 km2. About 25 miles squere.

A marathon is 26 miles straight. You can at least run through Rafah in length once and in width twice and pass the 1.5 million Palestinians. That's how crammed it is. With no where to run
