Canada…?

This is a very random thought, but like…I know almost nothing about Canada. Think about it…when was the last time Canada was in the mainstream news for anything? We hear about china, and Russia, and Mexico, and all these other countries, but Canada is just mention-less when it comes to the news of the world. 

Before my mom told me today I had no idea who their leader was…I’m not even sure what type of government it has.I could not name you a city in Canada.

 The only things I knew were that it has part of Niagara Falls, it’s cold,  its national anthem is “O Canada”, and the flag is red and white with a leaf. 

Am I the only one who feels this? Idk I guess I think for being Canada’s neighbor to the south, we Americans would know/hear more about Canada.

If you are from Canada, feel free to share interesting facts about the country so we all get to learn something. Thank you.
