The Genetics Masterlist

Please consider this tumblr my master list of CAS genetics resources that I constantly use.

Yes, I am lazy and don’t feel like listing the same things over and over again.  

The most important custom content items used are everything** from the following categories: Skins & Skintones

Blends & Overlays

Eyes & Teeth

Skin Details ** Some of the stuff I have used previously either no longer works, is no longer supported, or I can’t find original links to.

If you get that stuff, you’ll be most of the way there.

Of course, I am still absolutely WCIF friendly on @renlishsims so if you see something that you can’t work out, please let me know via an ask on that tumblr.

CAS Lighting - City Light 🌃 , Neutral Light 🏠 & Torch Light Variants 👻

With Halloween around the corner I wanted to try & create an eerie kind of CAS Lighting. 

Made a set of 4 new CAS Lighting mods: 

  1. CAS Lighting “CITYLIGHT” (angled light with a red & blue glow)
  2. CAS Lighting “CITYLIGHT - TORCHLIGHT” (torchlike effect)
  3. CAS Lighting “NEUTRAL LIGHT” (angled neutral light)
  4. CAS Lighting “NEUTRAL LIGHT - TORCHLIGHT” (torchlike effect)

Details:

  • Brand New Hand-Painted Texture
  • Maxis Match Sclera
  • No Specular
  • For Toddler-Elder, All Genders
  • Should be tagged properly for genetics (I apologize for any errors!)
  • Contacts located in "Face Paint"
  • Heterochromia - Merged file for all ages - Located in "Skin detail - Right Dimple" - Uses the bracelet UV space, so textures may conflict with bracelets. - Right Eye only

bare; a skintone pack

there are so many creators out there who make such beautiful cc skintones, but i’ve wanted to make my own so i gave it a try! this took me 2 months because i had zero idea and had to take multiple breaks from the frustration ;-; i was wrapping them up when ea announced they were fixing their skintones but people still wanted them dfkjghf anyway, here they are! if there are any inconsistencies with the swatches, just know that i tried my best (｡╯︵╰｡)
  • nondefault skintones (does not replace ea skintones)
  • 4 undertones: neutral, cool, warm, olive
  • 25 swatches per undertone, 100 swatches total
  • has normal / tanned / burned states
  • enabled for aliens, vampires, mermaids, spellcasters
  • 2 versions: per undertone & genetic
  • FIXED for dec. 2020 patch
